I got into a accident in December and needed a car for the month while it was in the shop. I went to Enterprise for my rental and everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me when I was struggling with my reservation online and thank goodness I was so lost lol Spencer was really awesome I showed him the rental I was trying to reserve and the rate but unfortunately it was not at their location but I wanted a SUV so he was able to get me into a great one and matched the rate I tried to reserve online! They checked in on me and kept communication open and easy. I really appreciated the time and on the day of return, Drea helped me close out. My insurance was acting wonky on my end but she was very patient and waited for my paperwork to come through. We needed to rent a car due to our Mercedes-Benz SUV being in an accident. Our insurance company called them hours before we got there so that they would have a vehicle ready for us to drive. They told us that the only car that they had clean was an Elantra. When we got home and opened the back door there was stains all over the seat and in the floor. I was in a wreck on a Saturday and my insurance company reserved a car for me here. I was given a reservation # by my insurer, Progressive. I attempted to confirm the reservation at Enterprise but no one would answer the phone for over an hour. I never got through. When I gave up and got a friend to drive me in person to the agency, I called their number while I was in their building to confirm that the phone would ring. I did. No one answered it. The sole person on duty was overwhelmed. She told me the car would not be available until Monday. This is Saturday. This business is incompetent and understaffed. it is impossible to communicate with them by phone. My friends report having the same issues with Enterprise. Avoid this agency. read more

I've rented a lot of cars over the years from this place. Their business is way up, but their service is getting worse. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a rental car when I'm already in the system. The car should be clean and ready to go when I arrive. I arrived on December 26th and it was 34 degrees outside. I was dropped off at 0720 and they opened at 0730. As I froze outside, the two employees watched me stand in the cold instead of inviting me inside where it was nice and warm. I stood there watching the time on my iPhone as ice seemed to form around my legs, face, hands and feet. I see the time is now 0729 and the full ceiling lights came on inside. Yes, I see you inside so open the dang door and let me thaw out. You've been in there and won't open the door. It's cold out here and you could at least ask me to sit down until you are ready. If you had to stand out here, you would be inside in 2 seconds. But no, let's have a stop watch and wait until exactly 0730!!! At 0730, the door opened. It's about time!!! Pretty sad to allow a customer to stand in the cold when they could be seated inside awaiting opening of the customer counter. TIME FOR A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT!! read more
