I had to deal with them because I was renting a car as part of an Autopac claim. The service was lousy. They made me wait almost an hour to get the keys. Then as soon as I was on the road I started getting calls from the car dealership, and from my parents (!) (I haven't lived at home in seven years) asking me to call Enterprise. I pulled off the highway and did so. Enterprise asked me to wait in Ste. Anne so that someone could come pick up "a forgotten item". Every time I spoke to them about this they insisted that it was forgotten by a previous customer, but one of the things forgotten was a gas club card labeled "Enterprise Rent-A-Car", the other was an Air Miles card. Waiting took another hour, and so I lost an entire morning of work. Almost as soon as I dropped off the car, I got a call at work to tell me I would likely have to pay for repair, since my dog had "chewed" one of the door handles. This is either a lie, or untrue, since the only time I had a dog in the car, I had also had a passenger who assures me that this isn't so. In any case, I looked over the car before returning it, and to my jaded dog-owner's eye, there was nothing visibly wrong. I have had nothing but annoyance over a car that I drove all of once after getting it from the dealership. I would certainly never choose to deal with this agency again. I'm just sorry I had to deal with them as part of my claim. read more
