I got a chance to book a vehicle through Car Trawler for a trip in April 2025. The representative sitting at the desk tried to sell me insurance. When I told him I had already purchased insurance, he noted it. When I planned to return the key, there was nobody and I placed at the designated point. The next morning I received the call that there was damage, but actually,y there was no damage, but they manipulated it. They are doing insurance fraud at Regina Airport. Shout out to Nigal at Enterprise at Regina Saskatchewan Airport. He was super patient with us and helped us figure out how to set up our phone for GPS. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We drove off the lot with a brand new mini Van. It is too bad that the airport doesn't let the rental cars meet the customer at the door. The walk between the airport and the car lot is a ways away. Especially if you have mobility issues, carrying bags and luggage etc. read more

Do not book with Enterprise if you can avoid it. We booked online a vehicle and drove 70 km to pick it up only to find out they don't have a vehicle for us. The website apparently takes 4 hours to update that they are sold out. SERIOUSLY....how many customers did you screw over in that 4 hours. In today's digital age, this is absolutely ridiculous!! Seeing as our final destination wasn't Regina, we had to rent a car to continue our adventure. I find them to be one of the best rates for car rentals, we were able to get a car for $20/day with unlimited miles. When we got there, she told us we had been upgraded, same car, but with all the powder puffs. We had sunroof, satellite radio, power everything and so forth. They were polite to deal with and no hassles picking up or dropping off. read more

Easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I booked a car with them and prepaid through Hotwire. I showed up on the appointed day at the appointed time and they had no cars available, they had actually been giving away vehicles that were reserved by myself and other customers. It was a long weekend and many of the other rental desks were out of cars, but the Enterprise agent promised that if we found another rental car, Enterprise would refund us the difference. I informed them that since I had prepaid through Hotwire, they would need to refund the total price, not just the difference, otherwise I would be paying twice. The agent promised that this would be done. We then paid almost $1000 more for a four-day rental from another agency, and the Enterprise agent again promised us a refund. After the rental was over, we returned to the Enterprise desk and they told me that the refund would appear on my credit card within 24 to 48 hours. They also told me that there would be no need to seek a separate refund from Hotwire. Of course, after 24 to 48 hours, there was no sign of a refund on my card. I called Enterprise Regina Airport, and they told me that because I had paid through Hotwire, they couldn't refund my credit card and would be sending a cheque in the mail, which is a huge problem because I am moving and am also now stuck with an extra $1000 on my credit card. They told me the check would come from "head office" in Winnipeg, and gave me a number to call. If you've read this far already, you will guess that no one answered the phone at that number, despite me calling several times. The Enterprise agent in Regina also told me that I would only be sent a cheque for the difference between the two rentals, so I should call Hotwire and seek a refund from them directly for the portion that I had prepaid. After half an hour on the phone with Hotwire, I was able to secure that refund. I am still out almost $1000. I have now called the 1-888 number for Enterprise. After navigating a maze of menu options, I have spoken to someone there who has indicated that she will be forwarding my concerns to that location and also to that location's corporate office. All of this means that I am likely out about $1000, as I am certain I will never see the "cheque that's in the mail" or hear from anyone at the Enterprise Regina Airport location. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the individual I spoke to on the phone at the Enterprise Regina Airport location identified himself as Andrew, and said that he had been the person who was working over the weekend. After I questioned him about why he told me two different things regarding how to get the refund, he claimed that I must have spoken to "the other" Andrew. Ultimately, because I have needlessly spent several extra hours and almost an additional $1000 on this disaster of a reservation, I thought it would be worth it to spend a few more minutes posting this information online, so that you all can be warned. And know that you should never, ever, ever rent a car from this location. read more

I fly to Regina twice a year and always rent a car with the airport location Enterprise. They have good rates, particularly if you aren't a member of a club that provides you with additional discounts. My only beef is that 50% of the time I don't get the car I've asked for. I always reserve 2-3 months in advance and in doing so, always request an economy or compact car. Upon arrival, they often tell me I have an intermediate vehicle. They don't charge extra for this, but the point is that I want to spend as little as possible on gas, which then fails to happen. It's moderately frustrating, but I'll still rent from them because of good rates and decent service. read more
