In July, 2017 my wife and I rented a care from Preston Enterprise. The service was great when we rented the car, but when we had to return the car and catch a train south, the Enterprise office wasn't open till after the train departed. That is when Alex (our Enterprise rep in Preston) volunteered to come to work early and check in the rental car then drive me to the train station. Alex was good to his word, checked me in quickly then drove me to the train station. Alex used excellent customer skills, and showed a real commitment to Enterprise. Thanks Enterprise.
