I came to pick up a rental car and was told they don't have any because they had 16 reservations and only 10 cars for that day. Why would they book for 16 reservations if they only have 10 cars, how dumb! Never go here! read more

Went here today to rent a vehicle. Booked online and was told they had a vehicle available (usually when they don't they will say so online). Drove 35 minutes to this location, waited nearly 30 minutes for help, then was told he had no vehicles, everything was rented. We expressed our concerns and told him that the site didn't say that, and explained how far we drove, and then asked if he would locate a car for us at another location but the guy behind the counter then stated "no. I'm not going to be threatened, you need to leave". We never threatened him, nor would we - we have done business at this location for over 30 years. We went to our vehicle, called corporate who asked us to get his name. When I asked for his name he goes "I'm with a customer, can't you guys just leave". I asked if I could have his name again and he jumped to his defense and said "no, I'm not giving it to you. If you don't leave I'm calling the police". Now, since we need a vehicle we are stuck driving 1 hour both ways to get it. We also noticed the place was filthy, does not look like it has been cleaned in a long time. Someone with us used the restroom and the toilet wasn't even attached to the floor, their foot got caught underneath it. Im not sure why his name is a such a secret, but the man "running" the place on 11/2/2024 at approximately 11:30am/12pm does not need to work in customer service. That was completely uncalled for, and has made me never want to rent from Enterprise again. I would consider other rental options before settling and renting from this store. read more

We rented a luxury car from the Des Moines, Iowa enterprise on 8/29z the car was filthy inside and out. Mud was every where, windows dirty, dashboard sticky. Not what we expected at all. We were told to take a picture and let them know. I do not feel I am their quality control. They need to pay attention there are several companies we could have gone wit another company. read more

Wish I could leave Zero stars. Our personal vehicle broke down in Pella, IA. The local Enterprise was closed so we called the corporate line. They took all our information and we were scheduled for a car for 8:30 am. I told them we needed picked up at our hotel. I was then told they were short staffed and I got put on hold for 10 minutes. When the man came back on the phone, he told me they couldn't pick us up until 2:00 pm. When asked why, the Enterprise employee told me they didn't have any cars available for rent after all. We couldn't get an answer as to what they were planning to rent to us at our 8:30 appointment. The Enterprise employee had no use for the conversation and hung up on me. It clearly became an issue when we needed a ride to their office. I'm not sure why they advertise a service they don't want to provide or are incapable of providing. We are currently in a Hertz rental car and were treated like actual customers by them. We are done with Enterprise. read more

These guys got a short notice call from the Pella Airport, Classic Aviation, and were able to deliver a Suburban this morning for passengers on our N900NE aircraft. Helpful staff gave us directions to points of business and food ideas. Thanks folks. Well done. read more
