Someone hit…read moreour car, so while our car was being fixed in the garage, we rented it from enterprise Laval (through our insurance company). When we picked up the car, it was an extremely fast clean and inspection from the previous renter. My husband voiced a few bumps, scratches, etc., and the employee told us "don't worry it doesn't fall into the inspection category, they are small". The car also smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. We had the rental for about a month or so. We brought it back, and they saw that underneath the front bumper, the clip on skirt was cracked. They accused us of the damaged, did not even tell us what the next step we could do was, They just told us someone will contact you. A bit more than a month later, we received a bill for almost 3000$, and pictures that they changed the WHOLE FRONT BUMPER, without advising us of anything. We got a second opinion from a professional body shop in Montreal, and they stated that, that bumper had been already repaired. When I called my insurance to advise them of the issue, they told me "it happens all the time with enterprise" All in all, they are a scam, a joke of a business to be honest. I would HIGHLY recommend never going with them. Terrible company that takes advantage of renters.

There were 3 agents working for both avis and budget customers. The line had at least 25 customers deep the whole time I was there. Over an hour to get to agent only to find that the cars were not cleaned yet and would take another 30 minutes. Horrible way to start your trip. Enterprise, Alamo and thrifty line were much shorter. This is as much a review on the accuracy of priceline as well.
