If I could give them 5 negative stars, I would. We rented a car through our insurance. Someone hit our car, so while our car was being fixed in the garage, we rented it from enterprise Laval (through our insurance company). When we picked up the car, it was an extremely fast clean and inspection from the previous renter. My husband voiced a few bumps, scratches, etc., and the employee told us "don't worry it doesn't fall into the inspection category, they are small". The car also smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. We had the rental for about a month or so. We brought it back, and they saw that underneath the front bumper, the clip on skirt was cracked. They accused us of the damaged, did not even tell us what the next step we could do was, They just told us someone will contact you. A bit more than a month later, we received a bill for almost 3000$, and pictures that they changed the WHOLE FRONT BUMPER, without advising us of anything. We got a second opinion from a professional body shop in Montreal, and they stated that, that bumper had been already repaired. When I called my insurance to advise them of the issue, they told me "it happens all the time with enterprise" All in all, they are a scam, a joke of a business to be honest. I would HIGHLY recommend never going with them. Terrible company that takes advantage of renters. read more

Horrible service and complete disrespect from Enterprise located at 1555 Curée Labelle in Laval . Will never return as I had a reservation and someone was supposed to call me before 5pm . No one ever did, so I decided to call. The person online said we don't have any car for you and hung up on me. When I called the manager he said sorry don't know who did that goodbye. read more

This is probably the worst experience incar rental in a lifetime. They don't respect or honour reservations pretexting that there's no cars available while the parking lot is full. I got a good price on-line for a weekend rental - about $30 per day, unlimited mileage. When I got there everything went smoothly, then after they'd swiped my credit card and I was about to drive away, they told me I had to shell out an extra $30 a day for insurance. I told them that I didn't need it (my platinum credit card covers me for car rentals), but they wouldn't accept that and I had to pay up or walk away on foot. I was stuck and paid but returned their car the next morning so they only got $60 from me instead of $90 (plus any future business from me). read more
