See cracked windshield and water marks from rain

BE AWARE OF RENTING A CAR HERE!!!! If my family could give this place negative stars we would because that what we feel it deserves. They rented us a beat up car with a cracked windshield and multiple paint scrapes and dings. We had no choice because we were down a car and already dealing with a wreck. The car had its initial inspection the windshield, dents, and scrapes were reported. They specifically hand wrote "no hail damage" on the report. We drove the car as minimal as possible. When we returned the car they told us we returned it with hail damage and they would be filing a claim with our insurance. This seems like a scam to me. They had to show us the 3 tiny dents on the roof of the car with a shade used for hail spotting. So even if those dents had been there in the beginning we would have never seen them. We spoke with the manager TYLER. Not impressed with his ability to manage customers who are unhappy. He honestly seems like he is part of the scam. Rents out a trashed out car to customers and probably files multiple insurance claims on the car then never gets it repaired. - The crack in the windshield was already there when we rented it. I would assume if there is hail damage it happened when the cracked windshield happened.- It did hail about 20 miles north of us during the time we had the car. But my car was parked next to the rental in our driveway. It never hailed at my house. This place is awful to do business with and is poorly managed. Their team member Ally who stirred up this issue saying there was hail damage is also not an impressive employee. I hope enterprise takes the time to really look in to how this location is being managed because I will be telling this to everyone I know.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made it easy and quick to get a rental. I will be renting a car from here again.

Do not use this Budget location. their customer service is beyond bad. We made a reservation two…read moremonths ago for a minivan, arrived on the day we scheduled to pick it up, and were told they don't have any vehicles available. We were told one was en route but couldn't be given a time of when it would arrive, or be told what type of vehicle it was. they couldn't "see what it is". this is also the second time this same situation has happened. The inspection sticker was past due for 4 months. The registration has just expired a few days ago. There were scratches and dents around the exterior. And it had not even been washed on the outside. Bird droppings were on the windows. I honestly did not care that it was t clean. But when I returned it, the guy said he had to charge me $70 for "excessive dirt". He claimed there was dog hair all in the car. He said on the seats, on the floors, and in the trunk area. I don't even have a dog. So why he lied about it, I don't know. And he was just rude about everything. He even served another customer that had come in after me before he served me. The man renting a car before me when I picked it up went to his rental car and saw the tire light on. He came back into the store and told the guy working about it. The employee told him to take it up the street to a garage to get it fixed. What??? How about the company actually fix their own cars before renting them out. Don't make a customer do your job. If you do rent from them, here are some tips: -Make sure you find out when the last oil change was because they don't always keep that maintained. -Take lots of videos showing the condition of the car inside and out before you drive it from the store. -Record every single dent and scratch. They love to charge customers for previous damage done by earlier renters then charge you for it. -They asked me for my social security number and would not explain why they needed it. -Pray that you are not accused of damage that you did not cause. Best advice...avoid them like the plague.
