Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend Enterprise at Fort Worth Airport…read more I had a bad experience renting a car for 7 days. When I picked it up, the initial inspection was rushed and not detailed at all. The young man who checked the car didn't mention anything specific, nor did he go over any existing issues. As soon as I got home, I took pictures of all parts of the car just to be safe. When I returned the car -- clean and with the gas filled as requested -- a different employee came out with a camera to check for ice damage, claiming that there might be some because of the route I had taken. She told me I would get my deposit back and that everything seemed fine. Now, days later, my insurance company is calling me saying I owe $4,000 for supposed ice damage -- even though it never even rained during my trip. I'm extremely upset. This company is not serious or trustworthy. They contacted my insurance directly without ever reaching out to me first. I absolutely do not recommend this location -- Enterprise at the Fort Worth Airport. Terrible service and unacceptable treatment of customers

The inspection sticker was past due for 4 months. The registration has just expired a few days ago. There were scratches and dents around the exterior. And it had not even been washed on the outside. Bird droppings were on the windows. I honestly did not care that it was t clean. But when I returned it, the guy said he had to charge me $70 for "excessive dirt". He claimed there was dog hair all in the car. He said on the seats, on the floors, and in the trunk area. I don't even have a dog. So why he lied about it, I don't know. And he was just rude about everything. He even served another customer that had come in after me before he served me. The man renting a car before me when I picked it up went to his rental car and saw the tire light on. He came back into the store and told the guy working about it. The employee told him to take it up the street to a garage to get it fixed. What??? How about the company actually fix their own cars before renting them out. Don't make a customer do your job. If you do rent from them, here are some tips: -Make sure you find out when the last oil change was because they don't always keep that maintained. -Take lots of videos showing the condition of the car inside and out before you drive it from the store. -Record every single dent and scratch. They love to charge customers for previous damage done by earlier renters then charge you for it. -They asked me for my social security number and would not explain why they needed it. -Pray that you are not accused of damage that you did not cause. Best advice...avoid them like the plague.
