I was gonna just give a 4 star, but the fact that she doesn't care about tips pushed me up to a 5, although I personally tip her regardless. She deserves them. It's JUST HER and she works HARD. I cannot and will not take that away from her. She is a sweet lady and very personable. I have to remember this is a small town, so I can't expect tracking technology from someone operating as a single entity. She only accepts cash, but in these scamming times, I do not blame her. The fact that she cares enough to be the only cab service in town is good enough for me. She is making an honest living, and helping people get around, one person at a time.

The pool was refreshing but definitely needs some cleaning. The first step was very slippery, and I almost fell. There were also quite a few leaves and dirt on the bottom of the pool. The shower was nice and hot, and we loved having the large fridge. We did have some water leaking in through the window during the rain. When I filled out the survey, customer service was great and gave me points for the inconvenience. All of the staff were extremely nice and welcoming, which really made our stay enjoyable. Now for the upsetting, I did NOT get the room I chose on the app, I chose one right off the elevator, but was given one at the end of the floor. Now there was a girls soccer team from Canada, loud but not too bad, couldn't hear them in my room. However the whole floor outside my door stunk of pot smoke, I actually think I got a contact high. I know it is illegal in Georgia, but I didn't do anything because it stayed out of my room.
