The car I rented was great but the reason for the 2 stars is for some strange reason this Enterprise location will not provide a receipt for me. I've asked at least three times and they say they will email one to me but it never happens. I need this receipt for tax purposes. read more

I was provided not only a vehicle I had not reserved, but furthermore a vehicle that was inappropriate and dangerous for winter conditions in December- a 2024 Ford Mustang. Let alone the fact that the vehicle had poor tires for the winter weather. Because the car physically could not drive to my destination in the time I initially reserved (while other vehicles were able to function nominally and pass me on the interstate), I called Enterprise to find a resolution. I was transferred numerous times before I got into contact with the corporate manager Stephanie, who proceeded to tell me that she would do nothing to help since "all cars handle winter weather the same." Having talked to someone with such little knowledge of vehicle performance, especially a high-torque muscle car on icy roads, frustrated me to the point to where I would rather not use Enterprise in the future. read more

This Dickinson Branch should be the template for Enterprise to train ALL employees nationwide. In the past Jamie, Jake & Matt took great care of my family. A new manager Zach took over last year & he has really taken things to an even higher level. In an era of vehicle shortages, higher prices & rental cars having much higher miles than usual he has really handled the Dickinson Enterprise admirably. The communication is always excellent with Zach & Management Trainee Kirsten actually answering the phone (Zach even providing his personal cell# if needed!) & always keeping us informed on our rentals. They are very accommodating with the vehicles, if possible giving options when renting. Dickinson has a good selection for a smaller branch. Prices are competitive as well & our cars have always been delivered thoroughly clean . We're known by name when we arrive & always greeted with smiles, kindness & professionalism. Feels like home away from home for this frequent renter, you can't help but become friends after a short time. 5 Stars just doesn't do this Branch justice. Even sent us a Christmas Card!!! read more

Aweful place to rent a car. The staff is incompetent. Stay clear. The vehicles are filthy when you rent them.

Absolutely the worse place to rent 3 rd time trying and I give up absolutely incompetent people working at the one in Dickinson nd hours on the door are a guide I went at 330 pm to ask a question and sure enough locked up and gone for the day! Absolutely horrible . read more

I rented a car from Enterprise. While driving one (1) hour from Dickinson, I noticed the driver's side windshield wiper was not functioning and visibility was very low. I called Enterprise immediately and got Jacob on the line. He was responsive and was very willing to help me either repair the windshield wiper or get a replacement car. He offered for me to either stop at the next city to try to repair the windshield wiper at one of his contractor or return back to the rental agency and obtained another vehicle. Jacob went out of his way to provide me with his personal cell phone, and helped me reach destination by keeping constant communication and to ensure my safety. I returned to the rental agency and was received by Jacob. He got me into another vehicle and I was on my way. Thank you Jacob for your excellent customer service! read more

Incredible service. Picked me up at my house, brought me to the office to fill out the paper work offered me any vehicle on the lot which were all immaculate and there was even a BMW and 2 Chargers there. The employees were smiling laughing and seemed to absolutely love helping customers. Best experience I've had renting a car by far. read more

I made a reservation online that was two days in advance of when I needed the car, which was today. This morning I get a phone call from this office informing me that even though I had a legit reservation, they did not have a car for me. Of course that doesn't make any sense, but apparently an Enterprise 'reservation' is potentially meaningless. I ask them what they can do for me, and was met with indifference. Polite indifference, but indifference all the same. I asked to speak to a manager and she couldn't do anything either save for offering me her most sincere apologies. Well, I'm sorry but I can't take your apologies, load my luggage into then, and drive your sorries to my destination. I need a car, not an apology. And since they called me on the day of my trip, I missed the hotel's deadline to cancel the room I reserved, so Enterprise's apologies actually ended up costing me in the end. Do not do business with this company unless you are a gambling man (or woman) and like rolling the dice. read more
