I made a reservation to pick up a SUV 4 days ago. When I got to the Calhoun location to pick up the SUV they did not have it available and had not called me to let me know they were thinking they should have a car there by 3pm is what the rep said. I would like to report a terrible customer service issue. I had to borrow a car to come to your office yesterday because no one would answer the phone. I've never had a push button start car that will actually allow you to lock the key fob in the car. Anyway I spoke face to face with you guys, you called someone and insured he would be there within the hour. He called me an hour later and said you told him I was at Buckees. I heard you in the phone you told him I was at the calhoun rec center tennis courts. He said he couldn't help me because he was headed south. I'm standing in the cold. So I called the police by standing near the window talking through my I watch because my phone was in the car. 4 hours outside and $74.85 later Parrish opened the car. The guy you called who completely dumbed me on a below freezing night should NEVER EVER be your go to. I don't know if that was enterprise road assistance but that was horrible expensive and probably unsafe seeing that it was freezing. If that's service, I will use another car rental next time Very dissatisfied and plan to pursue with a supervisor in your company. read more

I use Enterprise a few times a year for extended rentals for work. The folks there are super friendly, professional and helpful. Every car I have gotten from them has been clean and there at the time promised. They have picked me up at my home or driven me back home as needed. I have been highly satisfied with all aspects of this company and will continue to use them in the future !!! read more

I would recommend to clean up car prior to customer arriving when a reservation was made to minimize long wait time. Also, it would be helpful to answer your phones after 4 calls and being routed to a fax machine then placed on hold and disconnected after a 13 minute wait. read more

My car started 'acting up' yesterday evening. My husband followed me to drop the car off at the mechanic this morning at 7:30am and he drove me to Enterprise. Because Enterprise opens at 8 and my husband had a meeting in Chatsworth at 8, my husband dropped me off at Enterprise and I waited outside for the Enterprise employee's arrival at 8am. The employee seemed perturbed upon his arrival, but told me I could come in and sit and he would see if he had any cars available. I advised the employee to take his time, that I was in no rush. The employee advised me that he had no cars available and would have some cars turned in, but he wasn't for sure what time and he went about his business doing anything and everything else besides offering any assistance. At this point I am in tears, just at the stress of the whole situation. And that was certainly it from the Enterprise employee, as well...no apologies, no 'let me see if any of the other nearby Enterprises have vehicles', and certainly no sympathy. So, I call my husband, he comes back to Calhoun from Chatsworth to pick me up and we ended up at Hertz in Cartersville...a MUCH more positive experience. My husband was late for work, I was later to work than expected, and in the end I was in tears and stressed after leaving Enterprise. I will not be back to Enterprise in Calhoun and perhaps any other Enterprise for that matter. Renters: Ensure you call way ahead if you need a car rental, this is not the place for last-minute car rentals. Enterprise Calhoun: Perhaps you should keep more cars available? Wouldn't the pros out-weigh the cons on that? Gem of a Guy in Enterprise: I'm sorry you were busy, but, everyone who works a job is busy. This gives you no excuse to give adequate customer service. When you work in the public, sometimes a nice word goes a long way. (I'm a nurse, I live in constant rush and people...it is possible to be nice and give adequate, even exceptional, customer service AND complete your job). read more
