On March 1…read more2023, Kyrean Hubbard and Drew Hunter sold me a 2019 dodge ram 1500 classic after going through three other trucks that full of rust. Three day later my husband checked the oil and it was black so we called and they got us in to change it. Then called us to tell us we need a new air filter and asked if I want to change it. I said yes I'm not paying for it that should have been done on the 185 check you charge me for but didn't do. On May 16th 2023 my husband noticed that there was three scratches like on the roof of the truck. We contacted Kyrean about it. He got back to us on May 25, 2023 and said he would book appointment and that they will get it taken care of. He also said he never seen that before that it must have been a defect from the factory. He also said that he was going talk to the service tomorrow morning and see when he can get it in. On May 26, 2023 Kyrean said that he spoke to the service advisor and that they can paint it through MY rust and corrosion warranty and that he will book appointment with sarkis to have it done. I told him that it's not coming from my rust and corrosion warranty as it's not something that was done when I had the truck. It was like that when you sold that truck to me. You owned it and it was like that, you fix it. So I took the truck to sarkis the same day and they said it was a defect from the factory and that he will summit a claim to Chrysler. On June 7, 2023 I asked Kyrean do we make the appointment with sarkis to get this fixed as we didn't hear from anyone since May 26, 2023. Kyrean said no we are on it. Chris Boucher was out sick last week and that he just checked with him and he got everything he needs from sarkis to summit a claim to head office and that he will get word back shortly. On June 29th 2023 I asked any word. Kyrean said let me check. Then I didn't hear back from him until July 10th 2023. Kyrean said that Chris Boucher summit the claim with the wrong pictures and that sarkis doesn't have the picture anymore and that he have to take the truck over to sarkis to get more pictures. On july 20th 2023 sarkis called us to tell us that the company declined our claim on July 11th 2023 and Is not going to fix the truck. So my husband and I went to Chrysler to talk to Kyrean face to face and Drew Hunter came out to the show room to talk to other customers looked at me and never even acknowledge my husband and I was even there. Kyrean told me to contact the head office and see if they can do something about it but when you call the number it just gives to the run around and no one answers the phone. Then on July 26th, 2023 Kyrean says that Drew is going to have a meeting with Justin Somers about the truck and see how he's willing to help and I never heard back from him again. I contact Chrysler dodge in Moncton and he got me into a truck with less km than the one Kyrean sold us and a year younger, plus we got a free gift for buying from them. So if you're looking to buy a truck go to Moncton Chrysler dodge and meet with Denny Thibodeau and tell him I sent you. He know all about Chrysler here in Miramichi
