So we left our rental car at the Airport San Sebastian location off hours and left for a flight…read more We left the gas tank full and then found a charge for $150!!! for a fuel surcharge. When we called to complain, we were told we had to submit gas station receipts with the actual liters purchased (Who keeps those tiny receipts!) Credit card records werent deemed adequate. This is a complete scam run on people who they know cant complain. WHAT A RIP-OFF...Avis, I hope hte $150 is worth your reputation because social media gives people a platform to finger scam artists.
