My "old" cleaning service has been cleaning my house for years but she moved away from town…read morerecently. She recommended Cleaner Living when I asked if she knew of any local service that also used natural cleaning products. I am so glad she recommended this company. They are a young company but have done a great job for me. Adam and Meghan, the owners, met with me quickly after I sent them an email inquiring about their service. They listened carefully when I was sharing my cleaning needs and expectations and set up a time and programme to match what I wanted. They assigned Michelle to come soon after that to clean my place for the first time. They even gave me twice the time I asked for, this first time, but only billed me for the time I had requested. Michelle was very professional and conscientious. She did a great job and worked diligently to get my house back into tip top shape. They use natural fibres to clean (no nasty chemical fumes) and offer a steam cleaning option as well. I am looking forward to my next cleaning time. Their rates are very competitive, especially considering they are located in London but I live in Strathroy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the London/Strathroy area who is looking for a "green", environmentally friendly, cleaning service.

How could I not rate these guys 5 stars. I am just thrilled with not only the quality of work that was done by Christine and her team, but the caring personal customer service provided by Christine herself and best of all her incredibly reasonable pricing. She felt so bad that I'd had another company cancel on my suddenly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure she found a spot to take care of my unit. I own a student rental unit in Guelph and with a young family sometimes getting out there on a regular basis can be difficult. One of the services I provide all tenants is that once a year (for now) I will have their unit deep cleaned top to bottom, inside appliances, bathrooms the works. For me being a remote landlord this is extremely difficult and time consuming, so finding reliable, businesses such as C & M Cleaning helps me to ensure I keep my promises to my tenants AND ensure my investment is maintained at all times. They brought a team of people in and delivered a thorough cleaning under time and at a remarkable price. I called my tenants to get their feedback on the cleaning and one of them said she hadn't seen the place that spotless, even when she moved in (before I owned the unit). Hands down, I am using Christine and her team for all cleanings moving forward, their online payment system was a breeze to navigate once service was complete. If you're in the tri-city area and need an honest team who works hard to make sure you're happy - give C&M a call! Thank you again Christine!!!

Christine came and gave me a quote and it was reasonably fair for the amount of work promised. It ended up being anything but fair... The window sills were done well, the floor was done amazingly, but that was it... none of the walls were cleaned, the light fittings were cleaned, the tiles in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the baseboards weren't cleaned, the cupboard doors in the kitchen weren't cleaned and I could go on... When I arrived to check the place out as these jokers were leaving, they asked me to give the floors an hour to dry before walking on them. No problem. within a few minutes I got a sob story by text asking if I could pay them straight away as she wanted to have food on the table this weekend. I'm a fair person, so I put thru a part payment and said I would forward the rest after inspecting the job. When I went and found out the lack of work that actually had been done, I tried to cancel the e-transfer but they have it set up so it is automatically deposited into their account and the bank can't retrieve it. SCAM ARTISTS. Don't use these guys unless you want sub-standard work. I wish I could post a picture below of the "S" in the grime on the wall was the one room that the walls were meant to be cleaned. Awful job, don't hire these guys.
