It was a serious operation - with a twinkle in his eye, and when there was a sold out product, he quickly and freshly turned the conversation to another topic. The food was super prepared, it was some huge portions and everything tasted great. The restaurant is rustic tables and walls, we felt some comfort, especially when the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant was in use and crackling fire and its heat provided some kind of cozy atmosphere for the dinner.

Small menu, with the twist that you can get your steak a hot block of salt (served at the table) where you finish the cooking yourself.
