Easy to check in, the staff is friendly and helpful. We never had a problem getting in and out. The yard is spacious and easy to back a truck up to the unit. Everything went very well. We just checked out and it only took minutes to finalize everything. If we need storage again, we will definitely come back!

Pros and cons: Bad customer service... all customer service through a paid 3rd party service... you have any issues and they will tell you they have to get back to you because they have to get approval from management... they have you pay for the unit all online, which for us, we thought would be convenient and good, then we could just get a code and have the unit, but they make you pay 3 months upfront and do not negotiate if you don't need the unit for 3 months. We were in a bind and needed a unit on a Sunday so when we found fiddlers and could rent on a Sunday when everywhere else was closed we thought that would be good, but it wasn't. We should have just kept our stuff in our moving truck over night (which we had to keep half of it in there anyway) and rented from another place... with real customer service people that you can actually see and talk to! We rented 2 units from them, one was an air-conditioned unit that was not very air-conditioned at all, it was in an air climate area, but didn't make much of a difference. It also had to have key access to get into which they did not tell us when we rented online and did not provide a way to get into that unit when we rented it online that day in the email that was sent to us, we had to wait until the next day anyway in order to access that unit. That unit ended up not working out for us, we never used it at all, they ended up giving us most of our money back, except a "service charge" because I have no clue why... we couldn't access it, we never used it and when we finally could access it found out it wasn't going to be big enough and couldn't use it, so they charged us a fee for not using it and I guess to repost that it was still available??? Idk... they said they were doing us a favor because they didn't have to give us our money back at all, which I guess is true but in the same sense they rented us a unit we couldn't gain access to until the next day so half of our stuff had to stay in our U-Haul that we had to pay an extra day for because we didn't have access to the unit... Then the other unit we rented we only needed for 2 months but we had to pay for 3... and when I kindly asked them if we could just pay for the 2 and that we were already clear out, they just didn't respond, then charged me the 120 for the 3rd month and then responded after the 3 months saying thank you for renting with us, please recommend us to others... ummm no... Now on the other hand I do recommend Epic Storage! Because we ended up having to go find another unit to fit the other half of our stuff that we couldn't put in the controlled climate unit that we couldn't gain access to until the next day, we ended up finding epic storage and they were not only cheaper, but had way better IN PERSON customer service, down to earth people and easy access... they also don't make you pay 3 months up front... it was just month to month... and if you go online sometimes the first month can be free! When I asked Fiddlers why I had to pay 3 months upfront they said so we can have "better quality people" to rent there and it keeps their units nicer... I don't buy that... because Epics units are nice and I would be just as good of a customer wether I purchase for 1 month or 6... Basically I have no pros for fiddlers storage... only cons... go rent from epic storage instead, trust me it's better!!
