Went in for the massage and it was basically someone petting you the whole time no pressure on the massage and was ho hum. Asked for an extension for my neck and they didn't have one and no joke on the massage bed, put your head on a towel, very uncomfortable. Room was nice, but that was about it, one of the worst massages and experiences I ever had
