My appointment was at 8:45 am and I arrived at 8:30 and was assisted at the reception desk immediately. Within about 5 minutes I was taken back for questions and then an X/ray. I was then moved to a room for the doctor and he came in pretty quickly. All of the staff were nice and friendly and I was walking out of the office by 8:57!! So my experience was nothing like the negative reviews of other people so maybe things have changed at this office. I would definitely recommend Dr Sidhu as a compassionate and qualified professional.

The radiology report, my primary care doctor, and the specialist doctor where I got a second opinion after her all said my MRI shows multiple things wrong with my neck and that the MRI matches my pain and other symptoms. I went here many years ago for a broken shoulder and the doctor I saw then was great. But this office is too big now and their front desk staff spend lots of time socializing with each other and ignoring patients who are waiting to check in. I had to wait a very long time in the waiting room and in the exam room.

Dr. Carollo is such a genuinely kind and attentive doctor. She really listened to what I was experiencing with my foot and gave me several non-invasive options to try to heal an inflamed nerve. I'm happy to report after following her recommendation and getting custom orthotics the nerve has finally healed and feels back to normal. I did not understand how these stretching and posture exercises could help reduce the pain. I was wrong. The therapist targeted my exercises and stretching to alleviate my specific pain issues. The staff was confident, friendly and extremely thorough. They asked the right questions, evaluated my images and concerns. I experienced a slight reduction of pain after my very first session. Today, after four weeks of sessions, I feel like a brand new woman. My pain has been significantly reduced and I feel great. Laura was so knowledgeable and walked me through the simple process. She is so sweet and helpful. I bought a series of 3 and my cousin got one to try it with me. I've has pain for three years after a boat accident and this is one of the only things that has helped alleviate it. Even after HIIT workouts, I don't feel the usual pain and the swelling has reduced. Although the two visits were within days of each other, I'm optimistic that this will last. On another visit, we sat in for a 45 minute sauna session. Pricing is for one person and additional users only pay a $5 fee, so it's nice to split between two people. My mom was admitted to the ER for a bad fall with broken bones. She was well taken care of the…read moreentire time and her nurse Derek was professional and attentive and took his time with her. We had questions and he had the answers. She definitely had top notch care in the ER. She was moved to ICU in the north building, and again she had top notch care with attentive and helpful nurses. The doctors that saw her were all very nice and explained what was going on and answered any questions we had. The north building is the newest addition to the hospital and the rooms are very nice. She then was discharged from ICU and moved to the ortho floor to await the insurance authorization for in patient therapy. The rooms are definitely older and not quite as nice. I didn't like that the couch and tray table felt sticky, probably from being cleaned so often. Her end of the bed was broken but it didn't affect anything as far as her care. She grew tired of the hospital food and at times some of it was cold. The food services department seemed to be well run and organized and everyone was pleasant and courteous. We liked that they came directly to the room on this particular floor to take her orders for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Housekeeping did a nice job of keeping her room clean. All in all, it was a decent stay for her. P.S. if you have the My Chart app on your phone, you receive the test results as soon as they're posted which is very helpful.

Hearing that, from your doctor that you've seen over and over again and after doing physical therapy, can leave you with a bad feeling in the pit of your stomach. But after going here I realize that all that anxiety was wasted and I'm so glad that my doctor referred me to this specialist. I was scheduled for an EMG test which is basically a nerve test. It shows if you have misfiring in your nerves because of a pinched nerve and other things. This office does do other neurological tests from what I understand, but this is what I went in for. Now this test I knew nothing about until my doctor's office told me (when they gave me the referral). They told me there were needles and electricity involved and I really got freaked out. Then when I called and I made my appointment they were so kind, and said anything you may have heard about this test most of that doesn't happen here. They explained the procedure but I still googled it. That was a bad mistake. Do yourself a favor ask your doctor questions and don't ever look anything up. People post the worst stories and yes, they might have had a bad experience, but everything that I did read online about this procedure was kind of outdated. The needles that were used for my procedure were almost like an acupuncture pin. If you look it up online and there are long probes that are as thick as a safety pin and as long as your middle finger. That's why I had anxiety all day When I came in and I met Dr. Brennan he knew almost immediately what my issue was just by touching my thumb. That's what a sharp mind and 30 years of experience will do for you. Everything I told him he said was completely textbook and I was so easy and he made me feel so much better. To have an accurate diagnosis that now and MRI will confirm exactly how to treat I know that I will be better sooner than later. I'm going to keep Dr. Brennan in mind if I need to go back for any more physical therapy or any more tests and I will specifically ask for him if the occasion comes up. Hopefully I'll never have to go back or not until much much later in life.... but now that I know that all of us who do any bending twisting and lifting can have these problems, there is a solution and you will feel better.
