What I appreciate most is that he actually listens. He takes your concerns seriously, asks the right questions, and works with you to figure out what may be going on rather than rushing through the appointment or immediately reaching for a quick fix. I also really value his focus on the bigger picture. He looks at lifestyle, habits, and overall health and tries to address the root of the issue whenever possible. You can tell he genuinely wants his patients to feel better and stay healthier long-term. It's rare to find a doctor who combines this level of knowledge with such a patient, practical approach. Horrible experience at Unisource. I arrived with my elderly mother for a knee replacement. I had a…read morewell trained and very polite service dog with me. When checking in they said nothing about the dog being a problem. They took my mother back to prep her for her surgery. The RN Sandy then came and told me I needed to put my dog in the car so I could go see my mother. It was 80 degrees out so this was not going to be an option and not safe for my dog. As this would also be considered animal cruelty to bake my dog in the car. An 80 degree car parked in the sun turns into 123 degree. So I did not get to see my mother before surgery. After surgery Rn Sandy came out and told me to take my legitimate service dog home or again put her in the hot car. My mom and I both live over an hour away. So this was not an option. RN Sandy never asked me about my dog. According to ADA law they are allowed to ask me 2 question about my service dog. Rn Sandy never did this. Instead the RN that was taking care of my mother asked my confused elderly mother about my dog. This is against ADA law. The RN also asked what my reaction was to my allergen which is against HIPPA law. My reaction has nothing to do with me needing my service dog and is none of anyone's business. Since I was not allowed to go back to see my mother after her surgery I do not feel I was given adequate discharge instructions. Instead they gave my subpare instructions in the lobby in front of all the other family and at the back room of the building where the automatic door kept opening and closing and interrupting the instructions. My mom felt very alone and scared since I could not be by her side for comfort. So this facility doesn't know or follow ADA law for service dogs instead they are making up their own rules. Horrible experience. Rn Sandy was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She yelled at me in the lobby that my dog was not allowed back to see my mom and when I tried to explain the law she just walked away. Rn Sandy needs to be educated on ADA law for people with a disability. The entire staff walked by where I was sitting and gave dirty glares the entire time I was at the building. The only person nice to me and my mom was the physical therapist. I have reported them to the ADA and filed a complaint. Just to give some information on my dog she is an allergen detection dog, and she also retrieves dropped items, closes doors, and provides balance for me. She has had over 3 years of professional training.

My complaint is ragarding the tv.. no-one has watched since we arrived and it is now 4 hours later and no-one watching still..6 other people in here. Turn off the sound! or turn it off! I went into empty conference room to read because of the distraction of constant tv talking. We don't need such noise pollution while sitting somewhere for hours. I made an appointment on Monday at 3:30 PM to get my Covid nasal swab test done. I was told that…read morethe results take about 3 to 5 days. You still need to drive up around the back to get the actual swab done from your car. You don't go inside. I am at the door by 3:20 PM, 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. There's one tech doing the test and going to the cars that are parked in the lot behind the building. There was a nice woman that spoke to me when I was here last week trying to find a location to get a test done within a day or 48 hours. My doctor still insisted I get this test before a procedure to verify if I have a virus currently or not. This woman remembered me driving by last week. She checked my blood oxygen level, heart rate and took my temperature. After doing some initial checks she asked me park over by the lot with the other cars. I had to provide my insurance card and my photo ID and they took my script from my doctor as well. She verified whether with me that today's test was for a rapid test or a nasal PCR test. I told her I was here for the nasal PCR test only. There seems to be a medical staff member on site. He went out to go talk to one or two guests at their cars, parked in the back. They seem to run a pretty efficient crew here. The woman that spoke to me last Thursday or Wednesday remembered me from then. She had me fill out the required paperwork, wished me luck and told me to take care after she was done with me. It was a quick swab. She has a nice personality for this job. They use a thinner swab for the test. Almost like a pipe cleaner size. She had me tilt my head back, it was a little uncomfortable but not horrible. I was in and out in about 15 minutes or so. They said they would text me the results in 3 to 5 days. I got a call on Friday morning with the results, it took about 4 days total to get the test results.

The doctor arrived two hours late for my procedure, and they've implemented a new appointment scheduling policy that involves an excessive amount of red tape. It took nearly two weeks of back-and-forth just to secure an appointment--completely unacceptable.

It's a bonus that he always has a pleasant demeanor and is upbeat and funny. His office staff are absolutely the best. Jamie, Dawn, Sherry, and Adrianne have never been anything but kind, patient, and understanding. They truly make a patient feel special, cared for, and well looked after. (I see them every week, as I get allergy shots in the office.) To say that they go above and beyond would be an understatement! I've never been so impressed with a medical practice. It should be noted that I'm presently without health insurance - they're very discreet and incredibly thoughtful about helping me keep expenses down.
