Great customer service, easy to deal with. Obvious they don't check the actual apartments they…read morerent. The area was nothing like it seemed on the website. Old pictures of clean area and shopping center now run down and covered in graffiti. Apartment covered in graffiti and the areas description wasn't as advertised. I guess they can't say "don't let your girlfriend go out alone" as they probably wouldn't get many hits. Girlfriend was harassed not 20 minutes after I got the keys outside the front door of the building. They have not been very helpful in breaking the lease, which isn't their responsibility I guess, but since the issue they haven't been very helpful at all. Do your research and find a more reputable source. Inside apartment was nice but dirty.

My flatmate and I recently were searching for an apartment, which it looked like they had the perfect one. Now, considering this apartment had a "finders fee" of around 3000 euros, you would think an estate agent would like to work a little for their money. However, all phone calls were not returned or I was told "they are not here right now, they will call you back" which they never did. All emails were promptly ignored and any questions asked were not answered. My flatmate and I provided ALL the information they requested from us, including work contracts, email addresses, copies of passports, a credit check (Schufa Auskunft, which we had to pay for!), last pay statements, size of our undepants etc etc. We then recieved absolutely nothing in return. Now, I know that in Hamburg, there is a high demand for apartments, but to not either make a quick call or a quick email saying they had found someone more suitable, is just rude. Having no feedback at all from them, makes me annnoyed enough to write a review on here about them. And, when I get time, I will also write one in German, so the local populace can read it too. (I speak both German and English, which the estate agent didnt seem to understand either - obviously you dont need brains to be in that job then!) Why cant I give minus stars on Qype, so that nobody ever uses their imoobilien service again? DONT USE THIS IMMOBILIEN SERVICE, they are a rip-off and do nothing for their money.
