I inquired and was told to take 2 Tylenol with 1 advil, that is the plan with dental plan. Results- 2 ER visits and 1 hospitalization of 4 days. Due to high pain, blood pressure was in 200s, traponen enzymes in my heart was elevated. I was admitted to the hospital. This pain cost me 4 days in the hospital. Follow up with my pcp, I was given a stronger antibiotic and pain meds. After get t ing out of the hospital, I went back to the clinic. Dr Doloryes, proceeded to extract my teeth. She numbed me up. She said to her assistant, the infection is blocking the anesthetic. She continued to start to pull my tooth anyways. I was in so much pain. I asked her to stop. I'd rather go to an oral surgeon. The Dr, & office manager were perturbed with my decision. I was charged $100 for work that was not done. Not a good experience. We will be finding another dentist and oral surgeon.

So I had them prop my chair. The contraption for my jaw for that long caused me jaw pain for the next few days. Well they wanted me to leave a review right after procedure. Are you kidding? I just want to go home and rest after this. After months of dealing with them and my insurance, found out they were not in network but I still have great dental insurance. They overcharged me at appt and I paid it-- I just wanted it done. Well that was in October and today after receiving another statement from my dental insurance my portion was not supposed to be that much. When I call, Sandra said we had cleared the account so that you don't owe us anything. I told her we had been talking about this several times now and I was due a refund!!! They ran it through insurance twice for some reason citing that the wrong doctor was on the paperwork. However MetLife ran it with correct dentist. They also charged a $390 crown build up and I didn't even go in with a crown on!! False practices here, will let my insurance know they are double dipping.

I had to get a crown a few weeks ago, so I scheduled an appointment. I had the dental work and a…read moretemporary crown put on and was scheduled to get the permanent crown in a couple of weeks. I had researched same day crowns but I found that they were not as strong as the ones that have to be custom made. The temporary crown was very strong and never came off. Dr Castillo fitted it just fine. Today I went back for the permanent crown. I opted to not have any pain killers and I didn't even need them!. Dr. Castillo did a wonderful job and made sure that my bite was correct. He is very meticulous in getting everything just right. Thanks to this dentist office for always taking time to explain everything. I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist!

At intake, the nurse that took my X-rays explained everything and even kept my mind preoccupied by making side conversation and making me laugh. Once I was evaluated and spoke to Dr. Castillo he explained my options and how he would like to proceed. He explained my options and prescribed a heavy antibiotic and stronger pain medication because my infection was severe. After a week of medication, I was scheduled for an extraction and the staff continued to provide the best customer service. The front office kept me calm and the nurse checked on me regularly as I took a sedative for the anxiety. Although I don't remember much of the procedure, the healing process has been easy. I had minimal bleeding, minor pain, and almost back to normal 2 days later. I will continue to visit Dr. Castillo and his staff! I feel so much better about dental visits.
