As we worked with Erin through the planning process she was very accommodating of our requests, and made sure that everything was taken care of leading up to the big day. The weather on our wedding day threw us a curveball, and it poured rain throughout the ceremony. This made conditions hard to hear, with loud rain on the tents, and no microphones available to use. She asked to see our other wedding items prior to starting work, talked to us about our vision for the event, and provided us with recommendations on where to source a chalkboard and what size would work best. She immediately suggested a table that still had openings. Throughout the evening she came by to check how we were doing. She'd remove things from the table (saving us from getting up and tossing them) and provided immediately help when my spouse accidentally spilled a glass of water that drenched the table, the floor near me, my purse. I didn't even have to signal her to approach. She was tuned in to us and I'm certain everyone else. So warm and friendly (like the friendliest one there that evening!).
