This was a great course. The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate, and have a good sense of humor. They keep the material interesting while ensuring everyone is competent in the required skills. Only one negative experience that I have to mention. The hired driver that picked me up and returned me to the airport was a bigoted hillbilly with extremist political views he liked to shove down our throats. I was in the car for less than a minute before he made a blatant anti-LGBTQ joke about 2 pedestrians ("there's a couple butches... they don't look like lipstick lesbians"). He then spent the ride telling us Covid-19 is a sham and regurgitating right-wing propaganda while saying all democrats can't think for themselves (the irony was lost on him). He at some point passed the clip of his gun to one of the students - I can't even remember the context of why that happened. I was pissed off to see he was the one returning me to the airport even after we told the instructors about our experience. He gave me the same exact spiel on my return trip like a diligent, brainwashed pull-string doll. And honestly, I didn't feel like arguing politics with the gun-wielding simpleton who was responsible for getting me to my flight on time. Anyways, I literally never post reviews. The course and instructors were incredible. I only post this in the hopes that they don't continue hiring that driver for subsequent classes. read more

Your first thought when looking at courses for EMT & Fire Training is that this place is EXPENSIVE. You could become an EMT or EMT-A for a lower cost somewhere else, but this place lives up to the cost 100%. Here's the way it works: you do the bulk of the learning on your own time through the online portal and through interactions with the instructors via phone, email, and live lecture recordings. Then you spend a week in a cool little town in Idaho a few miles outside of Spokane and you get very personalized instruction in a small classroom setting on the hands-on skills. First of all, the customer service is fantastic. They are quick to respond to calls and emails and the instructors get to know the students pretty well. Secondly, the quality of the program is top notch. Once you get the hang of the online test-taking, the class is a breeze but doesn't hold back. You learn the material very thoroughly and get a variety of materials to help you. The skills week is absolutely fantastic and the quality of instruction is superb--one of the best educational experiences I ever had. 4 instructors for our 12-person class was a great ratio and allowed personal attention to each individual. The accommodations were fantastic and thoughtful, and they didn't hold back one bit on the service. This felt a lot more like a vacation than a class! PROS: Convenient Instruction Quality Thorough Not too difficult Personalized Customer service quality Meet people from all over the world Make friends at skills week Cool goodies and perks during skills week CONS: You need to take a week off work Not too difficult You need to be motivated to work on your own read more

I decided to start looking into getting my EMT certification during the shut down of the pandemic when I came across EMT & Fire Training. I was looking for something I could do mostly online, at my own pace, and wasnt going to charge me an arm and a leg (especially since I need those to be an EMT). I was looking to get my certification as quickly as possible, so at-your-own-pace was great! This program fit that description perfectly! I finished the course in just about 3 months. Although the price may seem high when you look at it, I can promise you, it is worth every penny of it. Signing up for class was very easy. As a matter of fact, I used the built in chat system on their website, and was enrolled and started the program that day. Although it is a program that you do at your own pace, there is plenty of support you can get along the way. If you need help understanding something, you will have support there to help you get it. These guys don't shy away from quality instruction, and do not wait to get back to you. There is additional material you get along with the EMT book, including an audiobook, workbook, Powerpoint presentations, and a lot of additional study material for the course. I finished the study portion feeling pretty confident in my knowledge. They also pay for your NREMT exam for you. Then skills week came. 5 days of hands on training. I didnt know what to expect, but I definitely was not let down. The skills week is held in Post Falls Idaho, and if you dont know where that is, google it. Its a pretty little town between Spokane, WA and Coeur D'Alene Idaho. The hotel they set you up at is quite nice as well, with a full restaurant, full bar, gym, pool, and plenty of resort-type activities like boat rentals, kayaks, paddle boards within walking distance (I'm talking 200 feet). Every meal is provided for you during your stay, and the instructors will do everything they can to make sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. As far as the skills week itself, it was excellent! Those 5 days are not wasted. You spend 5 days learning all the skills you need to be an EMT, with great hands on training. Every skill is thoroughly explained, given instruction on how to do it, why we do it, when to do it, what not to do, and some great tips and tricks to go along with it. We even reviewed some of the more difficult portions of the EMT book and had great discussions about them. Patient assessments were thoroughly covered, and you get quite a wide variety of scenarios that you must try to figure out and assess. Honestly, I felt like I learned a lot from the skills week, and could not be happier with the experience. The instructors were all great guys, with plenty of knowledge, stories and experience. Friendly and motivated to help you learn! The hotel is a quality place to stay, and the people I met during class were great! I made a lot of friends while there from all over the US. I highly recommend this program if you are looking to get your EMT certification, especially if you are like me and dont have a lot of time to travel to a college 3 days a week from 6PM to 9PM for 3 months. Give them a call if you are interested! They can probably explain the program better than I can. read more

I originally was going to take my EMT-B course through a local college but it fell through and was left searching for other avenues. One of the initial thoughts I had about this course was, "How can I take a course in Idaho and be certified in my state" which initially raised red flags. After researching the course and verifying its legitimacy, not taking the college course was a blessing in disguise as this course was very well put together and was far more accommodating for my schedule. I am also a local volunteer firefighter, so I had a unique experience where what I learned from this course directly impacted my daily patient care in a very positive way as I learned. Pros: Fantastic learning material through their lectures, was very engaging this way. The instructors are absolute top tier with decades of experience and very patient with me while also providing constructive feedback in a memorable way. I could also learn at my own pace, a lot of places that teach EMT-Bs try and teach in short time-frames which makes it difficult to keep up and this course is great about keeping you on track while also learning at a pace you're able/willing to learn. Everything just seemed seamless to learn, "everything you need to know and nothing you don't" kind of mentality which I personally appreciate. There is very minimal crossover from topics discussing ALS and BLS interoperability and your role in that as an EMT-B, but it was very necessary to understand for later in the course, which is why it is also a pro in my book, not a con. You have a personal instructor who is able to answer any questions you may have, and they really hone in on what you as an individual need to know or improve upon. Cons: Requires self-discipline, you do have to study/read the material for quizzes and tests as well as watch the lectures at your own will or you will not be successful. You do need to get your own CPR card, even though you learn most of what you need to know about CPR in this course already, but it does make sense to do it this way as your state / agency may have certain requirements, also most EMT-B courses I saw in my area have this as a pre-requisite anyways. In conclusion, I'm glad I took this course over the one my local college offered, I was worried about not having enough hands-on experience but that quickly dissipated as you do have hands-on experience especially towards the end of the course. Learning in this way also naturally sets you up for success for the NREMT as well since you are required to read and think through patient scenarios for example. This course easily earns 5 stars and is a fantastic option for aspiring EMTs. read more

There are two parts to the course. The first chunk is obviously distance learning. I preferred that for schedule flexibility, and to avoid a nasty commute. They are extremely responsive by email if you have issues. The second part is the hands-on training in Idaho. The hands-on component was good. They are direct and amusing lecturers, and really helpful on the hands-on exercises. They obviously know their stuff. Everyone wants to pass the test and move on in their career, so the classes are focused. The hotel is low-key but nice; and you will learn about the Moose Knuckle bar across the street. My tips, for what they are worth, would be: 1. The book is as much as an encyclopedia as an instructional manual. That's not necessarily a knock -- it's a handy reference. But I'd suggest the powerpoint slides they provide, and in the book itself, reading what the NREMT asks for (to cut out some extraneous material) and also, the flow charts at the end of each chapter. That's plenty to pass the quizzes and tests for the course, and since I assume you want to pass the national registry test, it's more focused on what you need. At least for me, things like highlighting the text creates far too much to ever review. 2. There are a half-dozen either inexpensive books/flash cards on Amazon, plus websites, plus these folks also (later on) provide some tests that more accurately mirror the national test. I think getting dialed into the scenario-based type questions earlier (you'll get there eventually with their quizzes/tests) is helpful. 3. Budget time. There are 40 quizzes and about 8 tests or so. The midterm and final are 200 questions (1 minute per question).... so plan some free mornings or afternoons. You also have 4 other things you need to pass (e.g. two fema courses). And in addition to all this -- you have to learn it! The book is well over a thousand pages... 4. As they are reading this in Idaho, they are probably saying: The "book" tests are perhaps harder than the national test, which isn't bad, and also good prep. Knowing the material obviously is essential whatever format the questions are asked. But for me, passing the hands-on and then computer assessment are essential points, and my tips here are focused on my perception of how to be efficient doing same. 5. They also say the hands-on is really good for the national test, and I tend to believe them. In short, it's kind of a slog whether you do it at the local community college or online so budget time; and Idaho is the fun part of it, and the vast majority pass. read more

Amazing company staffed by even amazing people. I had a conditional job offer from a large fire department dependent on me receiving my EMT certification. The class I had been taking wasn't going to finish in time for the deadline from the fire dept. I researched a bunch of other accelerated programs Every other one I looked had average to dismal reviews. When I read the reviews on here I was skeptical that something could be this good. My first interaction was with Kathy, and after speaking with her I knew this was the program for me. Every single contact with any employee was comforting. They understood my stressful position and were so helpful. The coursework was well organized and the website was easy to understand. It is suggested that the course be done over a few months but I did the work in a month because of my time constraints. It's doable very quickly if you dedicate the time to it and don't mind sleeping less. It was easy to understand what documentation was required and how to work through the book. Book is huge but very helpful. I lived relatively local so I didn't have to worry about flying in, or anything, but everyone said good things about the shuttle. The hotel we were at was awesome. You could get a great breakfast in the morning as part of your tuition and there was a great pool, great hot tub and good workout room. My class was in January and the view was gorgeous. Right on the river. I can imagine that the summer classes can be fun because you can cool off in the river on your off time. Class was relaxed to a point of comfort, but never relaxed to a point that you felt learning was hampered. Instructors were awesome and really knowledgable. Really enjoyed every single one of them. They prepare you really well for the Psychomotor exam (our whole class passed) and I passed the written test days later. Only complaint I had, and it's so small that it's not even a complaint, was that as most of the instructors are Paramedics, sometimes they talked a little over our heads. But even then that helped us understand how to interact with ALS and what they do. Overall it was an amazing experience with a lot of great people. It is pricey, but if you schedule doesn't permit attending a traditional class, I would reccomend EMT & Fire Training Inc. to anyone any day. read more

AMAZING!!!! Where do I start with this company! I was nervous coming into doing my paramedic recert online because i didn't know what to expect and wasn't sure how they really worked and if they were ok by the standards of NREMT. Well I started slow but once i got into the program I easily knew what I was looking for the website is super easy to navigate and the best part is they have online help at the click of a button and it's a REAL person not waiting on the phone for an automated message. It's real people. I asked a lot of questions and every single one was answered and answered within seconds and if they didn't know the answer they went and found out for me. After talking to the online helpers I was confident in the help they gave and really took a lot of stress out of the process. I can't be any more thankful for the prompt and great help that i received. Absolute top notch kind of company and would recommend them to everyone getting their recertification in any license they offer. They have an amazing structure of the classes and its based on your time which is amazing. The classes have a scheduled calendar, so you have to take the classes at those times for ONLY the instructor lead classes but you take the test at your own pace and if something comes up the instructors and the people running the program are happy to help and accommodate for whatever you need. I had the joy of taking the vilts from very experienced and knowledgeable instructors. They were very confident and able to answer any questions. The Instructors were overall incredible and had so much stories and made the class fun not just the normal boring monotone person. They involve the class and give feedback. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with this company and will always use them to recert in whatever I need. In my opinion this is the best company out there for this type of stuff! Happy to say I would absolutely recommend this company to every medical professional I know. Thank you to everyone at this company that helped making this experience the best one yet! read more

So I was thoroughly impressed with this course. EMT Fire Training makes the course material pretty straight forward with recorded lectures, demonstration videos, and plenty of practice tests. I finished my course in 3 months with a average of well over 90%. I just finished my Advanced on 10/14 with EFT at their new facility in Post Falls. I come from a extremely rural area in West Texas and as such I had to complete my clinical objectives with them at their contracted companies. EFT made this a pretty seamless process. I only had to sign a few forms and fly up a week early to get my ER rotations and ride-outs complete. EFT even set up a short orientation in order to make sure those of us doing clinicals with them felt confident in our I.V and supraglotic airway skills. The skills week was extremely helpful in passing our psychomotor exam at the end of the week. With a instructor ratio of 4/1, and some days 1/1, we drilled our skill sheets until they became almost second nature. The only knock I might give the skills week is that EMT students and Advanced students are combined. I did have to sit through some objectives that did not apply to me, but, most of the time As were separated into their own skill sets. The main issue I had with the course is the cost. This class is not cheap by any means. Compared to other online classes the difference can be pretty substantial. Between me and my co-workers at the EMS agency I work at we have been through almost all of them. I have a coworker going through Percom right now actually. Not only did I beat him to completion, he saw EFT's video based lectures and almost quit his Percom class on the spot. This course is all inclusive. EFT covers you from your chapter to your cognitive exam at a testing center. If you cannot pass one of their courses then the reality is that you have no business on a ambulance treating patients. I would jump on a paramedic class with them in a heart beat. read more

Hello All: I took the EMT course last year... I started going through the material in about February and went to skills week in June 2013. It's hard work - and it should be when you think about it. Would you want someone being your 911 help who had no idea what was going on? The online was great for me because of full time work and paced just right - I don't feel I missed out because I wasn't in a classroom. The key for me was there was always help available - during the online process - and especially during the skills week. The team of instructors is incredible. They take their time, answer questions, demonstrate and the training rooms were open late to practice and they were always coming in to see if they could lend a hand. I felt good taking the course, more comfortable each day that went by and gained a lot of friendships...the group became friends and the time at Priest Lake was a blast. I left feeling good... signed up with a volunteer agency and decided to head on to paramedic school. This from a guy who had no medical training. You can't go wrong with this course. It's a fair price for what you get, school, training, housing, food, strong skills... it's a great group of instructors who work hard and want you to succeed. I still have times when I'm helping a patient and I can picture one of the instructors walking us through the process... I feel absolutley confident in the back of the ambualnce with a patient... and based on my experience at the school I am advancing in my triaining to Medic... Good luck if you go with them... it's a good choice! Jay read more

I was hesitant about this class because it seemed too good to be true to be able to take an EMT class online and actually be able to get licensed. The cost was a little hefty too but I bit the bullet and I'm so glad I did, worth every penny. On top of the fact that the online portal was so easy to navigate and it was AWESOME being able to do it on my own time, it's so so easy to get in touch with someone when you need help with anything at all. Whether it's over the phone or over chat, as long as it's within business hours you get a response to your question literally within seconds. I was nervous to fly out to skills week thinking that I wouldn't get enough time to learn all the skills I needed to pass the psychomotor portion of the exam, but that exceeded my expectations as well. You're broken up into smaller groups most of the time and your instructors (who are all AWESOME people and so fun) stay with you as long as you need to get comfortable within a certain skill set. A week doesn't seem like enough time to learn everything you need to know but trust me, it is. The instructors cover all bases possible and leave out equipment for you to practice on your own time too if need be. One instructor even came down an hour early on his own time to help me practice for my psychomotor exam. Everything is arranged for you there including transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and food! I've already recommended this class to a ton of people and will continue to do so. Took my cognitive exam yesterday and passed, and owe it all to the guys at EMT & Fire training! read more

I can't say enough good things about this program. Genuinely. After looking at various EMT programs across the country, I landed on this one because it seemed best suited for people like myself who work full time and want to work at a pace that fits that kind of day-to-day. It was a difficult road to say the least but the instructors kept me on pace and motivated. If you're looking for an easy way to become an EMT, this is NOT it. And that's a good thing because most fire departments and ambulance companies I spoke to won't even look at graduates from some of the other online programs or "boot camp" type programs. The Skills Week was great and the prep work they give you to get you ready for the NREMT exam was so incredibly helpful. The practice tests were so difficult at times that it forced me to be over-prepared for the actual national registry. And it paid off because I was so ready for it when the time came. And I felt like I was genuinely ready to hop into a rig and start going on calls right away after I passed. I know people are often incentivized to write "good" reviews for companies but this review is 100% sincere (I don't see the point in writing fake reviews to promote something that people will eventually discover for themselves is inauthentic. I don't want anyone to waste their money or their time.) This is a solid program and I have referred several people to it who have all had good experiences as well. Great team, great program! read more

Honestly, 5 stars is not enough. So I give them infinity amount of stars. I was looking around a few months ago and looking for an online EMT course and I stumbled onto EMT and Fire Training inc, And let me tell you it was the most wonderful and best decision I have ever made. They are a bunch of outstanding group of people. EMT and eventually paramedic is something I want to do for the rest of my life, I honestly don't see me retiring. Don't be worried either like I was at first, they are real and they are legitimate. They are very helpful, I cant tell you how many times iv emailed them or chatted with them or called them, and they have never once gotten frustrated with me they are always friendly and ready to help. I looked into my local college and they not only costed more, but I would not have been done in the time I wanted to be done, so having the freedom to be able to do it when ever you want is great. I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to do this type of course. You can go and do research on other ways and places but I promise you, you will be coming back just like I did. They include everything, other places wanted me to pay and do everything else but they only thing they covered was the books. If you have read this very long whole review, then that means you are very interested, so please take the leap like I did. You will not be sorry! read more

I came across EFT while I searching for an independent study EMT-B program. After reading everything that was outlined in the course description and having checked out other EMT programs, I decided to go with EFT. Great choice! I enjoyed being able to study at my own pace and in my own time. I had no prior medical training or medical knowledge prior to this course and that did not impede me from learning. Initially the course seemed a bit overwhelming with all the new knowledge I had to learn, but it gradually became easier and more exciting. Throughout the course of study, the program has instructors that were very helpful in answering any questions I had and were always available when needed. Skills week was a lot of fun. The facilities were good and the food was exceptional! I really enjoyed the instructors during skills week, because they were very knowledgeable regarding the subject, they had a lot of real-life experience still knowing the content of the Orange Book very well, and they made things a lot of fun. I wish the week was longer than it was because I was thoroughly enjoying myself. They provided extra time for you if you needed additional assistance and training. I can't wait to start EFT's AEMT program and if they were to start a Paramedic program, I'm sure I'll be there for that too. Great choice of program, I would highly recommend it. read more

Let me first say this...you will be sceptical about this company, as was I. BUT, they are legit. From the minute you land in Spokane, WA you are greeted by the friendly transportation and your classmates for the next week. The Program Director and the instructors are so personable and caring. They want you to succeed and pass the NREMT. They will spend time with you until you are confident in the information. To be quite honest, this course will prepare you for much more than your average local community college program will. This program prepares you for more real-world situations and gives you knowledge from instructors who have YEARS of experience in the field. This course does require you to take time off of work to attend a one-week long skills course in Post Falls, Idaho. This course will suit those that work night shift which makes going to a class during the day near impossible. Without this course, I would have never been prepared for my job as an EMT in a service that has 90k+ calls a year. The knowledge and experience you get from this program are priceless and the instructors are invaluable. I am so grateful that I was able to take this course and I can't wait until I start their AEMT course! read more

I just returned home from taking the EMT course with EMT & Fire. My class's full time instructors were Blaine and Matt; both really expereinced and extremely helpful. They did a great job teaching both how to pass the NREMT Psychomotor Exams, as well as the theory as to how and why to conduct certain treatments. The location at the Templin's Red Lion in Post Falls, Idaho, was a great location. The resort was nice clean, and upscale. The classrooms have an amazing view of the lake and mountains behind the resort. The meals provided were awesome as well. You definitely get your money's worth Our class was really small, which made the lessons more streamlined and provided such an amazing instructor to student ratio. I like most people put a lot of research into who to go through to take a "hybrid" class. I live in Belgium currently, so I couldn't take a course locally. I eventually decided to use EMT & Fire based off of their BBB profile and everything I could find off of internet and Facebook and such. It's a big descision to use such a large amount of money to do something like this. I beleive anyone will find that if they apply themselves; spending their money at EMT & Fire will be money well spent. read more

Not going to lie, I didn't love the online/didactic portion of the course; however, it was my first time really doing much online learning. With all of that said, I cannot give higher praise for the level of skill and dedication that the instructors brought to the table in the first minutes of skills week. The training and knowledge that I get to take with me for the rest of my life I believe is unparalleled. They also do a fantastic job of building camaraderie amongst classmates. The level of diversity amongst students and backgrounds is one of the best learning opportunities that has nothing to do with the course curriculum itself. What an opportunity of a lifetime. The instructors are amazing, I can't speak highly enough of Blaine, Matt, Shane, and Jarod. If you're on the fence about taking this course do yourself a favor and just go for it. Online learning is probably tough in any format if you're someone like me but their mentorship and teaching during skills week more than makes up for the online portion. I would recommend this course to anyone that is serious about pursuing or furthering their career in emergency medicine! --Austin C. read more

This course was remarkable. The staff (both EMT School and Priest Lake Inn) was outstanding and they went above and beyond my expectations during skills week. Hats off to Blaine and Matt for keeping it interesting and fun all at the same time. The structure of the course (online course material with a culmination skills week) was absolutely perfect for me, and would be for anyone balancing a career, kids, sports, all while trying to devote considerable time to an educational program when time allows. The typical community college or "brick & mortar" style institution with your butt in a seat several nights a week would never have worked for me. Being able to custom tailor your study routine and only take one week away from home and work was perfect. Skills week was almost a mini-vacation! Again, thanks to all the EMT & Fire staff... your real world experience and vast knowledge was apparent and effectively relayed to us "newbs". I would recommend this course to all aspiring Fire Fighters or EMS career seekers. read more

I took this class as a first step towards my entry into fire service. It offered a great combination of online and in-person learning. I loved the opportunity to learn at my own pace with the online knowledge-based portion of the class. Even better, after I was done with that portion, I was able to keep practicing with the NREMT practice tests. The practical portion of the class in Idaho was well set-up and executed. I felt that I had a handle on all of the practical exam skills and felt that I would be able to recognize and treat typical injuries (medical and trauma) that might be found in the field. The instructors were all friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, they took the time to ensure each student knew the material required for the tests. The student to teacher ratio was 4-1 some days and even 2-1 on others. This allowed for plenty of 1 on 1 instruction and ample time to practice shaky skills. Thank you to all of the instructors and coordinators who made this experience worthwhile and beneficial. read more

From the registration process through the skills and psycho motor exam week, the experience was smooth and surpassed my expectations. I passed the NREMT Cognitive exam three weeks later on the first try. The instructors are always accessible, the online tools (particularly the subscription to the practice exams - included in the course fee) were appropriate and thorough. As a working executive with a busy travel schedule, the flexibility of this program made it possible for me to complete in a timely fashion. Skills week was particularly helpful - not only did the staff thoroughly prepare us for the examinations, but they filled in with real-life experiences and differences between the appropriate textbook response and what is most practical in real world scenarios. This is a huge advantage of having all the instructors actively serving in their roles as EMT/Paramedics. I highly recommend this course and if I go beyond the EMT Basic, I will definitely do it through this organization. read more

There is no better option for getting certified if you are working full time or live too remote to attend a traditional classroom setting. I fall under both those categories. Coursework is done at your own pace (I did it in 2 months, working my tail off, but would suggest 4 months). You will get out of it what you put into it. It was obvious that much of my classmates did not come prepared. You will not fit an entire EMT course into the one-week of hands on time you spend. They expect you to put in the time and effort learning the stuff! Anyway, the staff was helpful and took a lot of time to ensure all my questions were answered and I got all my skills right. It is a comfortable, not intense week. We were done by 5 every day so I had evenings to study if I needed, or just watch TV in my very comfortable hotel room and have a brew or two! Highly recommended. Expensive, but it made it possible for me to get trained when no other course would work. read more

This was an excellent program! I decided to go with the in-person skills week at the end of the course and am very grateful that I did. Having the flexibility to work through the textbook portion at my own pace was very helpful, and allowed me to fit the program into my existing schedule. During the COVID pandemic, I was hesitant to attend the in-person skills week, but the instructors did what they could to make the week as safe as possible, and the information they gave us was too valuable to miss. They had great mastery of the subjects they were teaching, and understood what EMT's really needed to know to do their best work in the future. The structure of the program also allowed for very small instructor to student ratios, which significantly increased the learning of each student and the practice time we each got. I would very highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to break into the EMS field, you absolutely will not regret it! read more

This is the perfect course for people that have busy lives with work and family. Most of the course is done online at your own pace, however it is important that you set aside enough time to complete the course and to study. Procrastination can really hinder your progress, obviously. I found that it was easy to set aside at least 6 hours a week to absorbing the text book. The hardest part of the course is the time it takes to complete the online material, the actual time spent down in Idaho is easy as the instructors are very dedicated to your success. The course in Idaho is really a great experience. The town is beautiful, the hotel was great and the people were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. The instructors are very knowledgeable and spend as much time as you need helping you to sharpen your skills. I highly recommend this course and fully intend on returning for the advanced portion. Thanks again EFT! read more
