Unbelievable attitudes at this place. I came a few minutes early for my appointment, checked in, and the woman told me she couldn't believe I showed up early. "Do you KNOW what time it is?" The entire parking lot and building was empty, they had no customers, yet she couldn't be bothered to deal with me until my actual scheduled time.
I told I just need to pee into a cup for 5 seconds and can wait until they had a free moment and that's when her co-worker came out and they both argued that "we do a lot more here than just drug tests". Meanwhile, they stood in the office, drank coffee and closed the door to my view.
I told them there was no need for attitude, but they both either hate their easy job or they just have nasty personalities to begin with.
I recommend going somewhere else, anywhere else, than this place. I honestly don't know how either of these two women were hired- there couldn't possibly have been an interview process. It really doesn't matter how "well" they do their job duties and place a label on a cup... both of their attitudes were rude and offensive and they showed no respect whatsoever. read more
