I've experienced horrible customer service and an awful web sight. I can't find the part number on their web sight for the gasket on my refrigerator, so I'm unsure which gasket to order. I've called for help twice and both times I was put on hold and then dropped. I've tried other restaurant parts places and no one seems to carry Adcraft or OEM parts for Adcraft. The amount of time I've spent trying to find a simple replacement part is frustrating.

Very surprised @ the negative reviews here. I have been most impressed in the past @ the selection of QUALITY equipment they offer and the one time I ordered it was a happy experience & was delievered in a timely fashion. This is where Bar Boy comes in. I can get restaurant quality items for awesome prices. Whether it's a pot, top, utensil. Even appliances. Bar Boy has what I needed. And the staff was helpful and offered suggestions on items & how to get multi uses out of them. That's service! Very happy with all of my purchases from here. Definitely recommended. 2-12-2022
