After a morning of calling around several salons in the Neath area to find that they were all booked as it was such short notice, I was sceptical that the cut would be to standard as Maddame Buttercly had availability. No good salon has empty seats right? ... Wrong! I suffer with anxiety and depression and going anywhere new makes me feel quite uncomfortable but I was put right at ease immediately. I never leave a review or write any form of feedback, even for bad service I generally don't complain, so I thought I would sing their praises as I have been left feeling extremely happy with their service, the cut is lovely and exactly what I asked for. Cannot recommend this Salon enough! A visit is a must!

The blonde girl who cut his hair was very pleasant and chatty. I think she cut his hair better than the place where we usually go and it cost £6 not bad these days! It was cheap (£7) and I got what I paid for, well actually I didn't, it was overpriced by £6.50. I'm going to go to a proper salon in town on Monday and hope they can rescue it somehow so in the end it will have cost me more than if I'd gone somewhere decent in the first place. I've had my hair chemically lightened, coloured, tinted and cut (which equates to a lot of hours in the salon) and I have never walked out without being 100% happy. The consultations are always great and staff have listened to what I wanted. The salon isn't all singing and all dancing, however the staff are well trained and have been there as long as I've been going. I'm a tough critic when it comes to Hair salons and have spent a ridiculous amount of money on my hair over the years. And I can't fault Rogues. Very happy customer
