Was contracted as a "secret shopper" due to reviews on this facility…read more Independent experience was as follows: 2 employees present. Mature woman over 50 and a younger employee under 30. Both attempted to force product on me that was not suitable. Was not permitted to try on wigs or remove from box. Showed me two wigs, both in wrong color. Claimed I HAD TO purchase one of the two. I did not. I attempted to make a small purchase and in accordance with another Yelp review, the item was priced one amount and the older woman attempted to charge 3X the amount. The younger woman intervened stating "this is our new price". I pointed out that the tag was marked differently (less) and she rudely said "you do not have to take it". I stated I was interested and left the store. If that wasn't a bad enough experience ... as I left, both women followed me out the door and SPAT on the walkway where I had been walking. Need I say more?

You get watched and followed around the store. I've noticed it over the years but I'm easygoing and I know what I want, but it has become unbearable. I will not go back. He's just standing there, with his hands folded. I look at him & I'm like "how much is it?" He looks at me, looks at the items in the bag, then finally tells me the total. Not only did he not greet me (as a paying customer), but he didn't inform me of my total, nor did he say thank you after I paid. I guess in their minds they think that customers need them, when in all actuality, they need us. They need our money in order to run their business. The cashier wouldn't have spoken a word unless I asked him my total. What type of customer service is this? Oh & by the way, I was looking for a product ( while walking back & forth in front of the register) & not 1 time did he open his mouth & ask me if I needed assistance in finding anything. It was as if the cashier was trying his best to not have to say anything. Very rude & unprofessional. Customer service is trash. There are plenty of beauty supply stores around, I can just hop in my vehicle & go to any one of them. These businesses should treat their customers accordingly, especially when there's so much competition around. This store will never get another dollar from me!
