The don't speak much English, but are used to many westerners shopping in their store. The accommodate and work with you as best as they can. If you are looking for Tiffany, Lenox, etc... you will find it there. The adorable piggie banks for kids are just under 20 euro and you can find them online for $100. That gives you an idea of the price difference. The price gap isn't that much on everything, but it's worth the visit to find out for yourself if they have something you'd like to take back home.

Upon growing up and feeling the need to purchase a set of plates to be used for formal dining, mind inevitably races towards Richard Ginori, Tiffany's and such. Look no further for this establishment serves exactly what you have been looking for at an extremely convenient price! I have toured the premises countless times with many of my international friends and each time we felt like a kid in a candy store. Walking away with an entire set for a fraction of the cost makes your heart tingle with joy. The selection is so vast that it may prove challenging to make up your mind in a timely manner. What I was literally in love with is the olives pattern: very rustic and yet much poshy. If I have to find a negative side is the shipping cost, it may prove to be too much if you purchase too many smaller items for it is by item and not by size. Other than that, with discounted items piling up in the back of the store and countless options (from classics to super colorful) I am sure there will be plenty choices for everyone.
