I called him in the morning one day after researching several other local appliances repair companies, and he was able to come out that very same afternoon. He was so personable and friendly, and within 5 minutes, he knew what was wrong with it. It was a very simple fix, and when he was ready to leave, he told me there would be no charge. I couldn't believe my ears. Any other company would have charged a minimum service fee, no questions asked. That really made an impression on me. A couple of weeks later, I called him again to check out 2 refrigerators we have that weren't cooling. Again, he made time to come to our home that very same day. He was here for 3 hours and worked diligently the entire time. By the time he left at 8pm, he had one fridge completely fixed and the other one accurately diagnosed with the part needed to fix it. The fee he charged us that evening for 3 hours of work was more than reasonable. The next morning, my husband went to pick up the part we needed at the supply store Mike recommended to us . In addition, with Mike's instructions. he was able to install it himself, which saved us some money. I really appreciate the excellent customer service Mike has provided to us and would not hesitate to call him again for any home appliance issue. In my opinion, he is the standard by which other companies should aspire to. I highly recommend him.

I just wanted to see what was out there. I told her how much I love to cook, how I'm building the kitchen of my dreams, and what budget I had. She showed me a JennAir set that was available and explained casually and not forced in any way how I had to have it. I left and slept on it, did my research, and came right back 24 hours later. The set included a fridge, gas stove top, double wall combination microwave/ oven, and dishwasher. A Maytag washer and electric dryer were also purchased. With the appliances, a one-year warranty automatically comes unless you want to pay for a 5-year warranty that needs to be paid at the time of purchase. They also offer delivery with a minor charge, so you don't have to worry about it. Going to a big box store would have easily cost between $16,000 - 18,000; I was nowhere near the MSRP. These appliances are discounted anywhere between 50 and 70 percent. Yes, an appliance might have a minor ding, but it's nothing you couldn't cover up with a magnet, a free Christmas photo card, or a $10 wrap from Amazon. The whole team is honest, good people who are happy to help. Give it a chance before going to a big box store!

Once everything was setup, I noticed the water & ice maker didn't work. I didn't find out the oven didn't work until I went to turn it on and it said "preheat" for about 45 minutes but was still cold. I called the store the next day to let them know because both items are under warranty. The lady said she would send someone out. It was almost 2 weeks before someone came and they said they needed parts for the stove which had to be ordered. They said I would need a plumber for the refrigerator. My old refrigerator worked just fine and I never needed a plumber. The last called me about a week later to say the guy that would be coming to fix the oven got canceled because he was sick which I completely understood. So it was about another week before he actually came to fix it. No one ever came back out to even attempt to fix my refrigerator, we still can't use the ice maker or get water. I didn't come in asking to put anything on layaway, finance anything or ask for any discounts but I still received crappy service and 2 items that didn't work and the store still hasn't fixed one. I will not be shopping here again and will let my coworkers and friends know to spend their money elsewhere.

Unfortunately, he spent an excessive amount of time helping other customers, after my request regarding an item that he needed to retrieve keys for to a case. So Billy left me waiting at the cashier for a very long time. When I brought this to the attention of Kyra at the register, her response was that Billy was "on his own time" and that this was just how it was. I found this dismissive and frustrating. Customers shouldn't have to wait because staff prioritize their own pace over helping those at the register, waiting. While I appreciate helpful employees, this experience highlights a lack of attention to timely customer service and communication.

I went to this location to buy flooring for our house we just purchased. I had just had some…read moreserious health issues myocardial infarction and pulmonary embolism) i don't look sick but i am very ill. I rode in one of the motorized carts around the store. When i was checking out, two "ladies" that worked there were snickering looking at me and asked if i needed another cart for my things, i said yes and they brought a regular cart. I was embarrassed so i used the regular cart and was so out of breath when i got to my car i thought omg I've over done it. If the pulmonary embolisms travel i could die. It was unnecessarily rude and judgemental of them. Also they the guy who helped pick out flooring outright lied to us saying that he could install it the next day. Turns out they have to come measure then it's at least a month before they can install. We also bought a gas dryer from them and when they delivered it the guy could barely speak english and he installed it with an extra piece still attached and gas was leaking into our house. We had to have someone come check it out, they told us about the extra piece and removed it. Two thumbs down for this place! Never going again! And we spent a lot of money there never again!

I ordered flooring from their flooring department on Tuesday 11/18 for around $2,500 i was told my…read moreorder would be delivered to my house on 11/20, so i got my crew and we tore out the flooring and waited for the flooring, no flooring showed up 11/20 so i called this stores customer service desk to see when my material would arrive. the girl at the front desk was extremely rude over the phone and was absolutely no help. so I went to the store in person to get answers around 4:30-5:00pm. Girl at the front desk gave me a number for the third-party distributor, she told me to call that number in the morning to see where my material was. I called said number on the morning of Friday 11/21 to get answers on my material. The lady that answered was nice and got me to the distribution manager pretty quick. he told me that my material would arrive on their 7th drop that day and said I shouldnt get my material any later then 3:00. so I hung up and waited all day. called the third-party distributor around 4:30-5:00 pm because I hadnt received my material. little girl that answered the phone didn't even try to get the manager she just told me "well you arent getting this material till Monday." I demanaded that I speak with her manager, she got me otp with the manager and he told me that my material had been lost in transit and I won't get it until Monday. I told him this won't work because I've had my home in shambles for 3 days by this point and I needed material. He made the suggestion to go to the homedepot and get a refund and get different material. On the morning of Saturday 11/22 I went to Home Depot and asked for a refund On my material that had been lost in transit. the 2 older African American ladies at the front weren't any help why so ever they were rude, didnt have any care, and showed a big lack of empathy for me being down $2,500.00 with no material delivered. they called their manager Donna Jean, who was extremely helpful she got me with the flooring manager who told me I had to buy more flooring because I cant get a refund since they don't have the original material I ordered, so I then bought the same amount of flooring but for $1,000.00 more then I paid before. Donna Jean was extremely helpful with getting me in contact with the store director Mr. Demetrius. demetrius said he was gonna keep tabs on this situation and he would give me a call when he heard answers. I waited for a week with no call from mr. Demetrius or the store. so I called the store one morning a week later and asked to speak to Demetrius Or another manager and the little rude girl at the counter said "no one works here by that name." I was livid and I insisted that they did work there because I had been talking to them, then the girl hung the phone up in my face. this Was extremely unprofessional And rude and not the way to treat disgruntled customers around the holidays. I then called again a couple of days later. spoke to the manager Regan, she told me that my refund was ready for me to pick up so I can come pick it up whenever I was free. I told her I was working out of town so I'd send my wife up there to get it since we used her card. my wife went in store to this location a day after this conversation and the rude inconsiderate ladies at the customer service desk told her "we sent it in the mail you should receive it in 7-14 business days." I just Received this $2,500 check yesterday and it's made out to the wrong name on the check. this experience has been an absolute roller coaster for absolutely no reason the people at the store treated my situation like it didn't matter. they never stayed on top of what they were suppose to do to get my situation resolved. I understand people are busy right now with the holidays but yall seem to have 10 managers on duty when I go in the store so I don't see how yall could have neglected your customer service so bad. 10/10 will never order anything off your website ever again And 12/10 I will go somewhere else the next time. wish there was an option for less then 1 star because yall didn't even deserve that.
