Third girl was the worst. Completely disrespected my mother. Told my mom that it was her house too and she could do what she wanted. Very rough bathing, very mean to my mom. She took a picture of my mother falling out of bed instead of helping her. This was all in a three week span. These girls have no business dealing with the elderly. David, the field supervisor is completely inadequate. Kevin Williams is the salesman and your initial contact person. Lie, lie, lie. Please, please, please do not hire this company.

However, the office child felt the punitive approach was best, and rather than admit they had made a mistake, the screwed over patient instead. This is how their priorities work. If you love your family, you should not trust their care to this agency.

Or would you expect someone banging on the door getting dogs worked up while patient can barely move to put them away? If you were told then that a dog friendly nurse would come, would you expect to hear from the company to make arrangements? Shamrock did none of these things nor did they notify the surgeon that they weren't caring for his patient as arranged. It was after the surgeon called them that he was told the lie that the dogs tried to attack the nurse. Neither dog has ever bitten anyone but if the nurse is scared of dogs, she could have followed instructions to call first. Shut down this company.

An 82 year old nursing home resident suffering with Alzheimer's Dementia was kept in the same…read morediaper for 23.5 hours beginning on Wednesday, April 17. Due to her illness, the resident cannot perform ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and is completely reliant on care staff including nurses and CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants). At 7:51 p.m. on Wednesday, the resident was readied for bed after her weekly shower. By 7:16 p.m. the following evening the resident was still wearing the same diaper. Upon reviewing video recordings from the in-room camera, the daughter contacted the on-duty nurse to inquire about care status. The nurse claimed that the resident had refused care. Additional review of camera footage revealed that the resident was not offered care by the on-duty CNA -- even after the daughter expressed concern. It wasn't until the daughter informed the nurse that the resident hadn't been changed in nearly 24 hours that the nurse instructed the CNA to change the resident. - this true story happened at Mozaic Senior Life located in Bridgeport CT, formally known as The Jewish Home
