I said ,"Thank you " and walked in the direction she'd pointed. Another employee (male),walked up and asked, "May I help you? " I pointed to my footwear and said," I'm looking for something about like these size 13". He pointed to a box and I said ,"Are they 13s", he said,"Yes " and walked off. I got the box and walked over to sit down to try them on and the lady comes over and said, "Can I help you? " I said,"No,thank you ". About that time I hear my wife comment on how she was being followed around in the store as if she was trying to steal something. First of all, my interaction with the lady and guy happened in less than 3 minutes . I'd asked her where the shoes were,then he asked me did I need help then she comes right back ,all inside of 2 minutes. Now she's going back and forth with my wife,instead of deescalating the situation, she was constantly added wood to the fire. The shoe I was ready to buy,I put them back on the shelf and told my wife,"Let's go". This lady Julia was determined that she was going to have the last word. Acting very unprofessional. With employees like her,it's no surprise that we were the only customers in the store, because she'd probably ran them all out. I really hope someone will go back and watch the video to see how this lady acted.

Two of the blouses were on the clearance rack and cost $11.99! Cato made it super easy and FAST to pick up a few complete outfits w/o wasting time or energy that I had neither one of. I also, got a watch (that I really like!) for $11.99, too! They have a large plus size section, a small amount of kids clothes and tons of accessories. Now, I don't normally wear "dressy" clothes, but it was nice to run in there quickly and get some things at great prices. I will stop in more frequently.

It definitely is a little rough around the edges (Macys is a bit gross in spots) but the mall as a whole has some charm. Even has mall smell.
