The manager worked with me, and was very sweet throughout the entire process. The wooded courtyard is almost like a wooded getaway. They have a beautiful pool, trees all around (my favorite part) and outdoor, state-of-the-art grills cemented in brick next to a gazebo for gatherings. Kids run around and play, which makes the place feel homey, and animals freely roam, which brings more of a natural environment. The apartment I got was completely renovated with beautiful wooden floors and shaggy carpet in the living room and bedroom. As I walked in, the place smelled like cleaning products, which showed me that they deep cleaned before I arrived. They take good care of you. In the year of being stuck under a lease with FBM I had many strange bad experiences that I would…read morenever imagine or want anyone else to go through. When we moved into the house we were informed by landlord Josh Tay (easily the worst landlord of all time) that the house had some obvious things that were in need of replacement or repair and to let the company know what was serious. (New AC/Heater, new steps, completely insulate house, new windows, driveway) When maintenance is to be completed, there would be no heads up as to what day or what time they will arrive, some issues would linger for weeks or months, and when they finally arrived, it would always be around 7 am and they would wake you up with their drills or blasting music from their trucks. The employees had no care about anything or anyone. They would pull completely into the yard, on the sidewalk. they would also regularly leave nails and screws scattered all over the property, and purposely throw cigarettes'. Multiple times our internet cable under the house was cut because of the employees, and one time when I went outside to ask them about it, i was greeted with one of the workers full frontal nudity urinating in the very public front yard with plenty of young children and women around, next to our sidewalk to the front door. The entire year we stayed here we never did have a proper working A/C or heater, during the cold season we would have the heat set to 75 and the highest the apartment would get is maybe 60. During the Texas summer there was no point to running the old unit, it was just a waste of electricity. The landlord Josh Tay, is quite fake, no communication, uses cheapest resources and labor, and a blatant liar on more than one occasion. Altogether unfriendly, entirely company based do not care about renter whatsoever, and if you hope to get something at your rental fixed, be prepared to face hillbillies peeing in your VERY IN THE OPEN front yard blasting Green Day at 6 in the morning. If you are thinking about renting through this company, STOP, read this and reconsider.

Before the application was completed she was shown the model. After she gave her money, they showed the actual apartment that was ready for her to move in. The apartment had several things wrong with it.....luckily I too photos. As of today they have not called her during this process...the things we have found out was by our contacting them....The manager stated for sure we will know something by noon today...welll....nothing. ...they are even ignoring our calls by look at the caller id...which is what was done when we were in the office to a resident that complains. .....horrrrrrrrible customer service!

The first morning I took my dog out there were 6 other owners walking their dogs, not including me. And it is very quiet at night. Which I didn't expect. Ive called the police 4 different times. They just started towing cars, and if you live here with 2 cars they will not give you 2 stickers for both cars. Only if you have a spouse, to me thats discrimination against a single person with 2 cars. Then they charge 300 dollars to get your car out. If you pay rent here you should be allowed 2 cars at a 2 bed room unit single or married. What a load of crap! When I 1st moved in my rent was 697.00 I now pay 1250.00 and I'm only allowed one car at my 2 bed room unit because I'm single! When you mention the name of these apartments the guy will say O god! That is how often code enforcement has to come out. This is due to the manager not fixing anything. People wade through sewer water in and outside there home due to her not calling plumbers. By not calling plumbers the first or even second time it creates an even bigger issue. Plus she looses the keys to peoples apartments all the time and acts like it is no big deal. People are also walking on just concrete floors with the wooden carpet nails sticking up cause she pulls up the flooded sewer water carpets but never replaces carpet nor fixes leak. Needless to say these apartments are on the way to being condemned. And this is not even to mention how the cops block of the entrances and search everyone and everything from time to time.
