There was no…read moresnowstorm during this time frame, this is a complaint for service completed at the end of Feb - the time gap between service and review (as explained) is because we are not residents and didn't know there was a problem. We trusted the job was done and didn't know it wasn't until a neighbor alerted us the lawn was dead at the end of March. We then reached out to Harrison to try to rectify. Instead of taking accountability - he replied similarly - deflection, excuses and blame to the customer. An unfortunate and unprofessional response. We called Harrison to service a sprinkler system of an older relative who had just moved into a care facility leaving the home unoccupied. The ask was to service the system and turn on the sprinkler schedule for the season. Harrison serviced the system but failed to set it to run. We are managing this from afar so this was a critical and unfortunate oversight - and has resulted in the sprinklers never actually running (and the lawn being in terrible condition). When we reached back out to try to understand the issue, Harrison deflected responsibility, said of course he didn't turn the system on because the service call was on Feb 21 and he had concerns about cold so he left it off. (FWIW temps were not below freezing at the time of service nor any time after.) His solution was to suggest we get a neighbor to help out to get the system running. It is frustrating to pay $125 for a service call where one of the two asks was not addressed - we don't recommend nor will we be using him again.

After paying the full rate…read morefor once a month service during the off season they gave us a one week notice that they could no longer service us. Only once,the season began of weekly service. Their excuse was that they could not hire staff, yet they are still doing our neighbors yard one block away. We wrote 2 letters and zero response from them. Feel like we were ripped off.They had no problem taking our money knowing that they were not going to take care of our yard once it became a weekly service. Good lawn service but poor ethics.

He was able to come out the same day and check both systems. Dylan identified several breaks in one of the systems but did not have enough time to troubleshoot the other system. He came out the following day, fixed the breaks in one system and resolved wiring issues in the other. The cost for the repairs was reasonable and the prompt response was beyond expectations. Dylan was very cordial and professional. His work is very much appreciated.

They agreed to take on the project. It was like God answered my prayers that day. I was in tears. It wasn't going to be an easy or short undertaking.  The previous person left us with insect infestation and weed full sod. It went from bright green to brown in hours. Luckily someone was able to get out here on an emergency basis and spray the yard. That person left with our sprinkler parts, not finishing the yard, shorted us sod, plants, plants that died, sod that died, did sloppy work and incorrectly. He stole our money, dreams, and parts.  Dylan and Brandon appraised everything carefully and explained everything that needed to be done and what could be done to improve and repair. That was the happiest day for me. That is a big deal for me too. We were on our way finally to my dream. I/we have lived in this house for 20 years and have never really had a yard or any flowers. It was always so drab and depressing. I thought I was defeated once again until D & B came along. I knew it wasn't going to be quick or easy, but I was willing to wait. Although I am sure it didn't seem that way to Dylan. He was a saint with me. So patient and understanding. He answered my gazillion questions.  They had to do a lot of fixing on the sprinkler system that was shoddily done to get it up and operational and working correctly. Had to spray and fertilize the yard again and wait to see if it was going to come back or need to be replaced. Put down sod where it was left bare, fixed the dead areas, took out dead plants and replaced with new ones and added more because it was so sparse. Things were coming along nicely. My husband was happy just to see me smile again.  After all, had been done to the point of waiting on good sod to come in, and it was a relief knowing that we were being watched out for. I even asked for Dylan to help me with something off the charts so to speak. I knew he had connections that I didn't and I wasn't having luck in finding what I wanted for my deck in pots. He looked high and low to try to make what I wanted to happen, but it was not possible. He came up with the most beautiful substitutions I have even seen. They are amazing. I am thrilled and I will always put my trust in him. He really came through for me to make it magical.  Then one day I heard a lot of commotion going on outside. I looked out my window and saw him carrying the most beautiful flowers. I told him that I wanted color and he gave me a rainbow of color. I was in awe and glued to my windows watching them put the final touches on the landscaping. It finally became a reality. My little oasis. I even have hummingbirds. I have always wanted hummingbirds and the other day when we were having our weekly cookout enjoying our new landscaping and deck we watched them.  Not only are they our landscapers but our lawn and landscaping maintenance too. We couldn't be in better hands. We recommend them extremely highly and think you will be just as pleased. They take pride in their work and ethics. Dylan checks on our sprinklers and adjusts as necessary. Fabulous people to work with.
