Now they said i need to replace the radiator, put new wiring and sparkplugs in. They would not just put the thermostat in for they would not work on the vehicle without doing it all. They wanted $3004.00. Yes that's right Three Thousand and four dollars. I refused, so they charged me $180.00 to diagnose even though I told them what i wanted. Lastly, I picked my Suburban up drove it 35 miles to our rental house and not one issue. Plus, I have gauges so to identify any trouble prior to a problem.

It was the only one they could find from their own supplier, however, they allowed me to find my own parts and install them for me, and that saved me 50% of my repair costs. They were courteous and kind, and so far no issues with my vehicle after the work was done. The problem is that water is leaking into my break light and I have to keep replacing it. I asked the guy there, can't remember his name, and he was extremely rude to me for simply asking this question. The way he was acting was like I was ruining his day for needing this information about what I can do to repair this problem. He told me that the only thing I can do is just keep replacing the break light, which I know isn't true, he just didn't feel like dealing with it and clearly had better things to do. I did not appreciate this response. I was informed that I had a 1.5 hour wait for the oil change and this prompted me to inform the man that I have indeed changed my mind, and I would like my keys back please. I looked him in the eye and he looked at the wall. He gave me my keys back, and I cursed at him as I walked out the door. I gave them a hand gesture and I went home. I recommend you bring your business elsewhere. On my google review I was provided with a manager number: I called the number they provided, and the guy who calls himself "manager" didn't even know that he should be expecting my call. I asked him what he wanted and he couldn't even tell me. I asked him why was I told to call? He couldn't tell me; I asked him if he was out of his mind and he said I guess so. He diagnosed the problem quickly, confirming what I thought was the issue, and gave me a quote that was reasonable within 10 minutes. I dropped the car off that morning, and the alternator was changed by 3pm. I have had car problems before, and I don't know of an instance where I could go to a mechanic that gets paid to do it for a living and get it done in less than a week. Mike had it done in less than 8 hours, for the price he quoted me. I'm sorry to hear some others have had a bad experience, but after the hurricane, and now the pandemic, I feel like I hit the jackpot going to him to get this repair.
