They manage many properties in Manhattan. I'm writing about one of their UWS properties. It's in the 60's one block from Central Park. They are slumlords. Homeless people living in the hallways. Fires, floods, lights out in hallways,expired and illegal smoke detectors. Get everything in writing. Never talk to the "Rosenblats" on the phone. ALWAYS get it in writing. They turn off the hot water in the entire building. They insist you call them and not 311 or fire department for gas leaks. Building infested with carpenter bees, roaches and mice. They Never clean the hallways except the day before they are showing the apartments. Do not sign a contract with them. There have been fires and floods in this building many times 6 in 10 years and never once was anything cleaned. Use another management company if you want to live in a safe clean apartment. read more
