This place is inviting if you're not a regular at VNese cafes. Good place to catch up with friends since not too noisy. Nor is it dark so it doesn't seem as divy/sketchy. TVs were not exclusively set to sports. Surprisingly, both ESPN and NFL Network were not on but other programming were (i.e., NBC Sports Network, Tennis Channel and some business news show). Wow, this place is awesome. I have quiet a commute to work everyday but I always stop by this coffee shop to pass the time by during traffic hours. I've been coming here for awhile now and the service and environment never disappoints. The music is great and gets my energy going, along with the coffee! I've tried every drink on the menu and it's delicious. I enjoy that there are TV's that keep up with the news and sports! The girls here are BEAUTIFUL and sexy!! This is a nice place for guys (of all races) to meet, sip on a coffee or smoothie (try the avocado smoothie) and be served by beautiful sexy young friendly waitresses, Vietnamese and caucasian. Because of how the waitresses are dressed, women customers may not be comfortable here. You can get change at the cashier for tips as needed. It's customary to tip the waitresses during your stay, for extra attention. No food is served, but you are welcome to bring in food (not beverages) from the Grab Thai next door. I can't really say much or recommend the place. I went there with a buddy to check it out for the very first time. Reasons I gave it 1 star only were: 1) No menus. As a new customer we would like to know what you are selling. Funny thing is my buddy was vietnamese and he overheard the waitress and the cashier talking about what they going to do, the customers are asking for menu. 2) They only have drinks, that's it. If you are looking for something to snack on while watching sports, go somewhere else. That explains they don't have a menu. 3) There were 2 good looking females. First one was caucasian, walking around serving tea but most of the time flirted with an old white guy maybe a regular. Second was asian petite very lazy. Surprisingly uninviting Vietnamese coffee shop. I guess, it is a good place if you are Vietnamese, know the language and also a regular. Warning! Do not go here! The worst service I've ever had at any business, or restaurant period. The girls here are lazy. They sit around eating food and texting instead of helping customers. I went in there and asked to use the restroom before I sat down to order, and was told that I couldn't use it before ordering. And, by the way, the bathroom was covered with piss and smelled like a porta potti. Then, once my iced coffee arrived, it was only half full. Another disappointment! This is the worst coffee shop among the three sisters coffee shops (Quyen Cafe, Nguyen Expresso, and Em Quyen Cafe). The coffee shop is small and crowded. Tables and chairs are scattered everywhere. There's is no walking space at all. If you come here at the busy time of the day, you probably have to sit with some strangers. Even though the waitresses are not bad looking, their attitude is terrible. The services they provided are not up to par. During the whole time we were there, they never come by to refill our tea. I went to Quyen Cafe on last Friday with a friend who was due to get married the next day. The day after he got married, my friend, his new wife, another couple, and I came to this cafe to see if there was any different than Quyen Cafe since they were so close together. This place is literally twice the size of the other. But the only problem was that for it being so big there were only 2 girls. What?! Twice the size and half the women! Ok, it was a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty packed but I still expected the place to be staffed beyond the 2 girls that were there. Coffee here is better and is not as sweet as the other place. They also had a larger variety of items to chose from; coffee, shakes, and tea. I could be wrong on the selection because I didn't ask the other place if they had anything else other than coffee. So I'm a bit split between this place and the one down the street. 1 was smaller but had more girls and this place was twice as big but half as many girls. It's a toss up until I can come in here on a busier night to see how the girls really are on a busy night. Again like my last post, I'll reevaluate my rating after I've come here again. The service was good. The gals were very attentive, always filling our tea. We asked to watch football on one of the many TVs and they were happy to make it happen. First time here. About one third filled. Lots of tables and chairs. Makes it a little hard to get where you want to go. My waitress was there as soon as I sat down. Nice looking- very short dress- pink and white horizontal stripes- very short- not see through- very nice cleavage and nice full T's. Short black hair neck line. Just like any other Vietnamese coffee shop really besides its on the smaller size. When I went here over the Memorial weekend, the crowd was a little older than the places where I go to. The girls come around ask you want you want to drink and serve you tea. The music that was playing that morning was some type of EDM.
