Wow, this place is awesome. I have quiet a commute to work everyday but I always stop by this coffee shop to pass the time by during traffic hours. I've been coming here for awhile now and the service and environment never disappoints. The music is great and gets my energy going, along with the coffee! Because of how the waitresses are dressed, women customers may not be comfortable here. You can get change at the cashier for tips as needed. Warning! Do not go here! The worst service I've ever had at any business, or restaurant period. The girls here are lazy. They sit around eating food and texting instead of helping customers. As far as employees at any sort of business, they are completely useless. I went in there and asked to use the restroom before I sat down to order, and was told that I couldn't use it before ordering. And, by the way, the bathroom was covered with piss and smelled like a porta potti. Then, once my iced coffee arrived, it was only half full. There were like 4 to 6 ice cubes sticking out above where the coffee was lol. The flavor was ok. They also bring the typical iced tea, but it never got refilled in the 45 minutes that I was there. But those girls, sat there and stuffed their faces with ribs, bbq, and one girl in a black and white zebra dress was eating noodles from a bowl with chopsticks while taking payment from a customer! Another disappointment! This is the worst coffee shop among the three sisters coffee shops (Quyen Cafe, Nguyen Expresso, and Em Quyen Cafe). The coffee shop is small and crowded. Tables and chairs are scattered everywhere. There's is no walking space at all. If you come here at the busy time of the day, you probably have to sit with some strangers. Even though the waitresses are not bad looking, their attitude is terrible. The services they provided are not up to par. During the whole time we were there, they never come by to refill our tea. This is a Vietnamese coffee/smoothie/tea shop that caters to mostly men. We came in today and not a single woman customer. There were over 5 nice looking gals serving tea, coffee, and smoothies. The service was good. The gals were very attentive, always filling our tea. We asked to watch football on one of the many TVs and they were happy to make it happen. Drink prices are decent for a place like this. Great place to hang out with your buddies but not a place to bring your girlfriend of wife. Will definitely visit again in the near future. I went to Quyen Cafe on last Friday with a friend who was due to get married the next day. The day after he got married, my friend, his new wife, another couple, and I came to this cafe to see if there was any different than Quyen Cafe since they were so close together. This place is literally twice the size of the other. But the only problem was that for it being so big there were only 2 girls. What?! Twice the size and half the women! Ok, it was a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty packed but I still expected the place to be staffed beyond the 2 girls that were there. Coffee here is better and is not as sweet as the other place. They also had a larger variety of items to chose from; coffee, shakes, and tea. I could be wrong on the selection because I didn't ask the other place if they had anything else other than coffee. So I'm a bit split between this place and the one down the street. 1 was smaller but had more girls and this place was twice as big but half as many girls. It's a toss up until I can come in here on a busier night to see how the girls really are on a busy night. Again like my last post, I'll reevaluate my rating after I've come here again. The girls come around ask you want you want to drink and serve you tea. The music that was playing that morning was some type of EDM.
