The introduction text was generic and friendly. When I went to book with Stacy I asked about how long she had been doing liner. I also asked for some pictures of her past work. She responded she had gotten a new phone and couldn't produce any pictures of her previous work. Then text me to contact her when I had finished my homework. I was asking valid questions that I would ask or research on a product or service. I would expect most people to get tattoos, which are permanent, and would like to see the artist work. Especially someone putting a tattoo on your face. I'm not saying Triple AAA parlor is bad, but Stacy was very rude, off-putting, and not customer oriented. I attached pictures of the conversation. This is how Stacy addresses new/potential clients if they ask questions or for pictures of work. If Triple AAA had a Facebook page with pictures or pictures on their website, I wouldn't have had to ask.

I came to the store with plenty of time to shop before closing. However 20 minutes before scheduled closing time, they made an announcement that the store would be closing soon and to bring any items to the front for purchase. I checked the time to confirm they were still open for another 20 minutes and continued browsing. As I was getting closer to the front, but not in line to pay - the cashier tried to hurry me along by asking if I was ready yet. I told her I wasn't quite yet. Then the other woman working with her loudly said that it was about time for them to go home and that I was the only customer left in the store. There was still 15 minutes until scheduled closing time at this point but, I went ahead and just made my purchase. However, the cashier didn't stop there. I bought quite a few things and she put all of them in one tiny bag completely filled to the top so the handle ended up ripping while I was carrying it. This experience was very uncomfortable and uninviting. I do not appreciate how unprofessional and rude they were. They were on the clock being paid while behaving this way and I doubt the company would approve of treating customers this way - especially paying customers.
