We loved our stay at Elysium Vineyard when we were visiting the Hunter Valley. It's super cosy yet spacious...nights by the crackling wood fire whilst sipping on a delicious Elysium wine was heaven. Waking up to the morning mist, overlooking the vineyard was a dream.
