I usually never leave negative reviews, but my experience with Dr. Hasany deserves to be shared so others can make an informed decision. I was a loyal patient for almost three years and trusted her with major dental work. I had two crowns done--which already cost me a lot because they both required root canal treatments--but both teeth became infected and failed. In the end, I had to get them pulled. If the teeth were in such poor condition from the beginning, she should have been honest and told me extraction was the better option instead of letting me spend so much money on treatments that didn't last. In addition to that, the quality of care declined over time. More than once, I was left sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes after the anesthesia was injected, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. And on another occasion, I arrived about 20 minutes late due to traffic, and despite being a long-term patient, she refused to see me. It showed me that she does not value her patients at all. Based on my experience, I highly DO NOT recommend Dr. Hassani. The lack of honesty, poor patient care, and failed treatments cost me time, money, and two teeth. read more
