While I am not always able to get in with Dr. Richardson because of her busy schedule, Kristyn fits the bill. She is SO SWEET! SO CARING! AND COMPASSIONATE! She has all of the ingredients of a perfect medical professional. She takes the time to make sure that she listens to her patient concerns which is a rarity these days. The medical professional Industry is not what it used to be. I had my yearly exam today and was greeted by Gabrielle. I experienced an issue that had nothing to do with the clinic but had something to do with me personally. Gabrielle went above and beyond to fix the issue and made my life so much easier today. Excellent Customer Service skills she displayed and she showed me that my problem was important. The entire office staff got involved to resolve of my issue. I WAS SO GRATEFUL, not only for Gabrielle, but Audra who quickly stepped in to get me in and work fast and efficiently to help get me out of the clinic in record time. There were a few other ladies at the clinic that I did not get their names, but you can see they work together, care about each other and care about their patience's. A true DREAM TEAM! Dr. Allison Richardson has extended her practice to a new location which is located on R street, in the Heights., Little Rock.This is where the new staff is, but the original location which is on Chenal Pkwy has equally wonderful staff members as well. The Chenal Family Practice makes a point of running excessive tests on new patients. They market these tests as them "going the extra mile," but in reality, it is a complete money grab. They do not make you aware or even hint to clients that the excessive testing may not be covered by the client's insurance - despite the fact the client gives their insurance information when making the appointment - and for the one out of ten that do know their insurance, the practice doesn't tell you what tests are being run beforehand so you could look it up under your insurance. In short, there was no sense of obligation to the client. I understand they are running a business, but they are cheating people out of money. I left the office owing upwards of $500 when I went in to the office for the standard wellness exam.

Because the raw area was rather large, he sent me to the Surgical Pavilion for plastic surgery, where Dr. Ed Love repaired the appearance and protection of my scalp wound. Dr. Love's office is at Plastic Surgery and Skin Solutions across the street in the Baptist complex. I went directly to the Surgical Pavilion and only had to wait about 30 minutes before being called to the surgical area. Every one of the ladies and gentlemen with whom I encountered showed me respect, were friendly, cheerful, and treated me like I was a VIP, which I am not. The area was clean, neat, and well-lite. I know what customer service is all about, and these folks know how to deliver! The whole atmosphere of the Surgical Pavilion, from admissions, to pre-op, operating room, and recovery area was customer (patient) friendly which relieved my nerves and caused be to become more relaxed. I highly recommend The Surgical Pavilion, as well as Dr. Dinehart and Dr. Love. The results are my 5 STARS!

The office staff is friendly and cheerful. Drs. Holland and Carttar are most knowledgeable and caring professionals with excellent patient-centered care combined with excellent listening and diagnostic skills. They keep up! They also bring in medical students to observe and learn first hand, paying it forward. The onsite lab facilities make it possible to get chest x-rays and blood drawn for testing without having to check into the hospital -- unless you need CT or MRI type scans. Their offices are in trendy but laid-back Hillcrest. The gardens in front of the offices are beautiful as well.

I would not recommend this clinic to Black patients. I have consistently felt unwelcome and…read moredismissed here. The only staff member who made me feel respected and comfortable was the Black nurse in a predominantly white environment. Patients deserve to feel heard and cared for, no matter the race.
