I looked at a few highly rated florists in town, and Whispers and Honey had a great selection and reasonable prices compared to others in the space, so I decided to go with them. I placed my order mid-morning having easily navigated their website and made my selection. I appreciated the ease of the website, and the follow-up emails they sent with receipts and such. Imagine my surprise when I received a notification just over an hour later that the order had been delivered! Truly the fastest flower service I think I have ever experienced! The friend texted me that they were absolutely beautiful. Given this experience, I would not only recommend them but will definitely use them for future floral needs.

But after a week with no proposal being provided, we followed up. A new representative said he would need to take over and would get us a proposal the coming Monday (having emailed us on Sat). Three weeks later, that was our last communication with LV Floral Design. All emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. Their phone number either goes to voicemail or the line is busy. We have been completely unable to get in contact with anyone here, and at this point would not trust them to maintain contact. Now we've lost an entire month on trying to get flowers for our wedding and they have caused enormous stress that we didn't need. We cannot express our disappointment enough.
