Then had the nerve to say the cracks were our fault, when we have been living here with nothing happening until they came and completed work.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT BUY anything from ProStructuers of Mississippi ,Louisiana ,…read moreTexas or any other name they advertise with. I explained that time was of the essence & that bought from them based on them being a Mississippi Company (THEY ARE NOT) I paid my deposit on Sept 23rd 2025 with promises of a 2-4 week lead time. My install was finally set for Dec 9th & 10th. They did not start my install until Dec 12th & finished Dec 16th The fine print in their contract only benefits them. They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.

Probably just as well that the sheet tore instead of damaging the bed. Since their policy is "not responsible for personal items left in work area" (which was virtually the entire house), refused to make the situation right. So, in exchange, I will leave this 100% honest review: The price was fine and installation was timely, but the product is mediocre. Installation job shoddy in places with carpet not tight to the ground in a few corners and on a few stairs stairs. At least one more technical, high visibility corner on the stairs was mediocrely done. They also put a small scratch on hardwood next to the carpeted area and put marks on baseboards *everywhere*. Would not do business again, and certainly not for higher value installs.
