I rang them over 10 times, told them on the ninth time that I no longer believe their promises but David 100% guaranteed that he would have it removed by a certain date. When that date came and went, I rang him up and he was rude to me and hung up on me. Don't believe a word these guys say. They are rude and unreliable.

The new Rheem has…read morea thicker anode rod and higher quality lining so should last longer than the 15 years of good service provided by my old Rheem unit (which was replaced because the hot water was starting to look rusty which isn't good for the shower tiles grout or whites in the wash).
