We can trust him to get us to and from our destination safely and on time. And as a bonus, there is always good conversation and a helpful hand with luggage. All my friends and family who have used him have raved about his service as well (and that actually might be an understatement). Ralph does more than just airport trips; you can hire him to drive for your night out on the town, for child's prom night, for business needs, etc. His black town car is clean and comfortable and he is extremely knowledgeable to the Burlington, Greensboro and Triangle areas.

He met us on time for our airport drop off and pick up. He played along, very convincingly, to my assertion that we were going to breakfast and not to the airport in order to keep up the surprise. When you already have a long flight day in front of you it's nice to let someone else do the driving to and from the airport. Golden Eagle is going out of business! It's the only reason I can think of , why they'd never come…read moreto pick me up twice this week after multiple calls. And this last time no one has been answering the phone since 2:15pm and I've been trying for an hour and a half. I've called them and scheduled trips numerous times in the past few years and they've always picked me up when I've included a 45 minute leeway. This week however they have totally blown it. I've reserved a taxi in advance. One overnight and the other at 8 am ish in the morning for pick-up at 1pm for two different doctors appointments at 2pm. In both cases even after calling them when it was getting late, they still never got a taxi to me. I've had to cancel and reschedule both doctors appointments. I'm just hoping the doctors aren't going to charge me for missing the appointments.
