I really wanted to give this 3.5 stars. I approached the cafe cautiously, but was really hungry. We were pleasantly surprised by good plain fresh food, and okay coffee. The service was a bit slow but was friendly. My wrap was freshly made, the coffee good enough to come again if I was in the area. read more

We pride ourselves on good, fresh, wholesome food, everything made fresh daily with generous servings, Sandwiches, Rolls, Foccacia's and Turkish Breads, Wraps and a Gluten Free range also. Our staff are friendly and helpful. We serve the best Coffee in the area Brewhouse Coffee Bendigo. We have a Great Big Menu whatever your appetite.

History

Established in 1994.

Unfortunately I don't know the dates this Business became a Cafe, only that it has been a Cafe for over 20 years before that it was a Bank, Commonwealth I believe and before that the Commercial Hotel stood on this site. We have been here almost 3 years, and the history of this site, I hope to look into more in the near future.

My Husband and I have always had a interest in food and cooking, we have both come from retail occupations in the past and had a great knowledge of customer service, and decided we would like to buy a cafe, so here we are almost 3 years on. We have three amazing children and a beautiful little granddaughter, and they all help us out from time to time.
