The door to the store was open and upon entering, I saw two sales associates seated behind their desks. They didn't even lift their heads when we walked in; so of course, no "hello" or "welcome in". Oh, and they both had earphones in! They obviously did not want to be disturbed by questions or comments from any potential customers. As we made it to the back portion of the store, finally one of the sales associates sitting at her desk in the back told us to let her know if we needed anything. I hate to explicitly call someone out like this, but the other sales associate was SO rude to us. She is Asian, had wired earbuds in, and her desk is right behind the quartz samples. She had an extremely snobby attitude and was very dismissive of us. After we told her a little bit about our bathroom remodel, she just said, "Well, good luck" with a bratty tone. I would definitely not recommend wasting your time to stop in here; don't come in even if you just want to browse. The sales associates at D'Fine can't be bothered to greet you when you walk in, so they obviously couldn't handle getting up from behind their desks to show you samples & materials to start your design. I have seen teenagers run stores better than this. They have some pretty materials here, but the attitudes of the sales associates need a major fix. Seriously so off-putting and gross- don't come in here.

The contract provided a clear timeline for the work and the deliverables. Zufar also recommended a cabinet company that was able to provide custom wood cabinets at far less than the cabinets I had been looking at..I felt like this company wanted to do a good job and not upsell me on more than I wanted/ could afford. They tore out abs disposed of existing cabinets and appliances, installed new flooring, lights, repainted everything, installed a tile backsplash, the cabinets, and all new appliances. Even when things went awry, they remained calm and solved the problems. They worked hard to stay on schedule and deliver a beautiful kitchen. They will be my first call next time I need any work done.

Each handyman was cut out of the same mold - on time, respectful, upfront on costs, and superior work skills. Recently, Tony was brought to our house as the dry wall in the garage was about to fall. Mr. Handyman office quickly notified Tony who drove immediately to our house and began the work to repair. Afterwards we asked him to rework the drywall and support for the whole garage, repair all paneling after 33 years of neglect, and paint ceiling and rest of the garage. Tony was personable, extremely neat, kept us informed of his progress, and delivered an unbelievable sight of richness to our garage. As he was leaving I asked Tony if he could add handles to the shower area even though this was not on his work order. He did so willingly and worked overtime to be sure we were pleased.
