I eat at elmcreek at least 1 to 2 times a week. The atmosphere is so pleasant other than a random employee that we go there for lunch as a group before our get-together on Tuesdays. Got to visit Elm Creek a few months back and Elm Creek Marina was a fun place to visit! Really enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere at 6 am when the store opened! Misty and Carylon were fun and had the oldies on the radio! Great customer service skills and made my day! Has an awesome breakfast and awesome tackle selection! However, the customer service went down hill on the evening shift. Girl had her two twin kids in the store running around, playing with tackle and rods, playing behind the counters where the registers were. She did not redirect them yet let them continue to do as they pleased. This most definitely knocked a couple stars off. She seemed annoyed to be at work and like she did not like her job.This really effected the environment of the whole place. Definitely my only complaint. read more

Elm Creek Marina Restaurant has great food, service, and management! The area is beautiful!
