A few months back my Jeep broke down on the highway just outside of Ellsworth, it was only about 5 degrees outside. Martin's was able to get me a tow truck within 20 minutes. I was back in town around 45 minutes after I made the call. They were able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes while only charging me for the parts. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't/don't need and are extremely professional and always very courteous to their clients. There are several other shops in Ellsworth, but only one that stays as busy as Martin's. They are a Napa car care center which means they can usually have the parts they need by the end of the day. The only downfall is that because they are always so busy sometimes it takes a few days to get in.
