I've lived here over a year and only had one party go down so it's a respectful, quiet block of 40 apartments and there have been more owner occupiers move in this year. The body Corp is very well managed and issues are tended to very quickly. The apartments are all two bedroom and the west facing apartments (best side) have two bathrooms, the east have one and a slightly larger balcony. Most apartments come with one car park but there is plenty of street parking for visitors or more cars. The west facing apartments have great views out to the Waitakere's and the afternoon sun of course. It's a great place to live and having Kingsland only a minute away makes it even better - for both dining, transport and Eden Park options.
