Not to mention discs for Frisbee golf. The guy who works there is a great guy. Normally I would give it four stars; but I added a star because of the guts the owner displayed. Manitowoc cops would come to the store with hassle in mind. They would confiscate random items. The city council passed a law just to go after this store. Yeah, some of the products could be misused; but if you mention you are going to do so, you will find yourself standing on the sidewalk. There are gas stations all over town that sell papers and wraps for blunts; but does the city hassle them? Of course not! The owner took the city to court and won the case. If more people stood up to government overreach it would be a better country. Big Jay's is open for business again.

We spent almost two hours enjoying our cigars and my husband having a few drinks. They have a couple of TVs on for games and such (Brewers/Braves game was going on) and every table area had cards or board games. They have you do a tab, but that tab works for the cigar lounge and the bar, but no cigars in the bar. There's also 3 tables where you can sit and smoke outside. We didn't sit out there because it was full. We'll happily stop here again when we return to town. We'll be back for a game someday.
